Starbucks

Since the renovation, this place has gone downhill. Small, cramped, long wait time and random days closed. Electricity issues. Poorly made drinks and attitude,especially Zoe. If my drink is not made to my liking, don't argue with me. Just remake it & don't slam down my drink either. This place needs a complete over haul. The way that I was spoken to my one of the make staff is disgusting. My husband wanted to go back and say a few words to the male worker but that would have not been a good ideas. So i just dont visit this location and seriously dont miss the frinks full of ice and bad attitudes. Just throw away the entire staff and start over. Get it together! This is NOT the only Starbucks in Ellicott City.

This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks. Now, it’s one of the worst. If you want staff to acknowledge you and receive your drink as you ordered it, don’t go to this Starbucks.

Not only has the quality of the drinks gone downhill, unfortunately, so has the customer service. It's disappointing to see this store decline the way it has over the years. A smile also goes a long way... the staff doesn't do that much anymore either.

Bring back the clear plastic cups for cold drinks! I literally drive to a further location for this reason.

i asked for light ice and they didn’t water it down!! woot woot! nice people :) super chill and quiet in there (i came at like 3pm so it’ll probably be busier earlier in the morning)

I love this Starbucks location, it’s the one near my house, and their work area is always nice and clean unlike other Starbucks with trash cans all over the place and dirty counters. The majority of the staff is always so nice. Keep it up!

I wish Starbucks had a way to indicate when certain locations are closed a lot faster. We..as well as a lot of other people… we’re confused coming and seeing the location randomly closed with only a sign on the door letting us know.

Today I went for coffee with my wife we had very good Gentle man who served us with respect as we were waiting patiently later after few hours my wife and my son stopped by to get drink and some other food items my son asked the guy can I add some other items as he was getting chocolate drink with different cookies etc he is 12 years old he asked twice and guy said no that’s it
Don’t you think it’s totally misbehaving/disrespectful and very unprofessional job he doing at the counter and making your future customers upset?

What I said in my order: cookies and cream cake pop, coffee cake, and chicken jalapeno wrap.
What the young clerk put in: Cookie and two coffee cakes.
The drink she got right.
Didn't know how to listen too well, it's okay, I just needed the cake pop to be right for my little toddler.
Talked to (I assumed) manager, she was cool. She was willing to refund me for the mistake (I declined the refund) and righted the cake pop.
TO THE YOUNG LADY that took my order, best to listen and get understanding of an order before you take payment. Its not fun/fair/right when you can't trust an employee...now just hesitant upon returning.

I don't know what happened, but the drinks the last few weeks have been awful here. The cold brew was really watered down and the drink was full of ice. They offered to remake it, but even freshly made, it was watery. It was clearly the cold brew. Then today I ordered an oat milk flat white. A flat white is supposed to be more creamy. This was scalded and wasn't even full. Nothing at all like a flat white should taste like and I order them frequently from Starbucks. I won't be going back to this location. Sucks because I have a weekly appointment nearby but it's not worth it.

The food and drinks were really good. It took a while to get my food and drinks ready, but that didn’t bother me too much. The service was somewhat slow however I can’t blame them for that as they were understaffed. The atmosphere at the restaurant was pretty good, it was clean fully stocked withutensils and other items for my food and drinks.
