My coffee is always made exactly how I ask them to make it. Never any issues the staff here are very welcoming and kind as well I love this location

I order and got my food and drink to me quickly. Service was friendly and there is enough space inside to make waiting with other patrons comfortable. The parking lot is not ideal for heavy retail traffic

i was here today with my 3 friends, and we had the best experience with a barista kris (chris?). she was absolutely the sweetest angel and was so generous when giving things to us. she had red hair and glasses, and was there around 3-4 pm, if you’re seeing this we love you so much. 🥹🥹❤️

Imagine showing up at a coffee shop at 8:30 for a coffee and being told you can’t get a coffee because they closed the coffee maker. The store closes at 9pm. WOW

Since the renovation, this place has gone downhill. Small, cramped, long wait time and random days closed. Electricity issues. Poorly made drinks and attitude,especially Zoe. If my drink is not made to my liking, don't argue with me. Just remake it & don't slam down my drink either. This place needs a complete over haul. The way that I was spoken to my one of the make staff is disgusting. My husband wanted to go back and say a few words to the male worker but that would have not been a good ideas. So i just dont visit this location and seriously dont miss the frinks full of ice and bad attitudes. Just throw away the entire staff and start over. Get it together! This is NOT the only Starbucks in Ellicott City.

This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks. Now, it’s one of the worst. If you want staff to acknowledge you and receive your drink as you ordered it, don’t go to this Starbucks.

Not only has the quality of the drinks gone downhill, unfortunately, so has the customer service. It's disappointing to see this store decline the way it has over the years. A smile also goes a long way... the staff doesn't do that much anymore either.

i asked for light ice and they didn’t water it down!! woot woot! nice people :) super chill and quiet in there (i came at like 3pm so it’ll probably be busier earlier in the morning)

I love this Starbucks location, it’s the one near my house, and their work area is always nice and clean unlike other Starbucks with trash cans all over the place and dirty counters. The majority of the staff is always so nice. Keep it up!

I wish Starbucks had a way to indicate when certain locations are closed a lot faster. We..as well as a lot of other people… we’re confused coming and seeing the location randomly closed with only a sign on the door letting us know.
