Since they installed a oversized flip cover over the meat,You can't see the quality and the correct quantity. Why didn't they put the same cover over the toppings? I asked for a ham and turkey and got 4 slices of ham and 2 slices of turkey. I think either the owner or manager tells the employees how to prepare the sub. When you are trying to scam the public, you will get what you deserve!

first of all the woman there was so rude and had a ugly attitude towards me and my dad, the bathrooms smell so bad and are so dirty. the food was okay but what mostly ruined the experience was the woman who worked there. this place needs better workers who are nicer and aren’t rude to the costumers.

This subway is nice and fairly clean. They make decent sandwiches but the way they make it is dependent on the staff. I go there frequently and there is different staff every time. Some are new while some have experience. One thing I don't like about them is that they can be sometimes really ignorant to instructions for sandwich but that depends on person making sandwich. overall, it is decent but sandwiches could be made better.

Only one person handling everything..... ser ice was slow but was good.
Lettuce not fresh. Online coupon (15off) not accepted in-person at the register. So, I asked to pay online for the same menu items and I am told 'no' bc the sandwich has been made. (It wasn't anything massive - it was 15%off of 1 sandwhich which would have been $1.50 out of $21+.) Anyways, no customer understanding / flexibility / accommodation at this location.

So I've never been a huge fan of Subway, but today I was hungry and this was the best option in the area I'm working in. The employees are really friendly and converse with you while making your sandwich. I ordered the cold cut combo. Normally it seems as if you don't get a lot of meat on your sub but this time I was very pleased. My sandwich was packed with meat and it filled me up. If you have a subway account use it, they throw in extra cookies at this location lol. If ever you're in Ellicott City stop in this subway, you won't be disappointed
