Really good service and prices. Lots of flavor options-two people in our group didn't like their drinks (new to boba so not really sure what they like yet lol) but the girl was nice enough to let both of them get a different drink for no upcharge. And the price was much lower than expected!

We live close, so we have been stopping by a lot over the years. The service and food has been consistently good, and I don't think we've had any big issues which is really good considering we've been here a lot of times now.I recommend taking advantage of their sugar and ice adjustment system to customize your drinks, because a full sugar drink can be quite sugary. I also want to recommend the hot versions of the drink for the cold winter days.

Tried this place for the first time today. Got a few things:1) Jasmine almond milk tea w/boba - this was fine I think. I don't usually get almond but it's kind of an interesting flavor. The drink was refreshing though I don't think I'd get it again.2) Taiwanese fried chicken. The flavor wasn't bad, but I'd say it was pretty peppery for "mild." There is actually a huge amount of chicken, but very little sauce that comes with it. The chicken is also very chewy. Not dry but I do wonder if it was overcooked a little.3) Salmon onigiri. Ok. Rice was a bit dry. Salmon was ok but the little cubes were falling out as I ate it. Overall, the food was ok. The staff was nice. The environment was cute, definitely Taiwan style with LINE characters and a jumbo bear. The couch the bear sat on was a little stained looking. Menu was a little disjointed and the offerings were written in multiple places, but nowhere altogether. It seemed like there wasn't a ton of business at 4pm on a Wednesday, but I kind of understand why.

I don’t know why, but at this location- the drinks seem more diluted/watered down. I’ve order drinks with no ice to prevent that, but still tastes very plain compared to another location.I’ve ordered drinks at 100, 70, and 50% sweetness at other location- all spot on. This location, I’ve ordered 70% sweetness and there’s still hardly any flavor/taste for the different drinks I’ve ordered.

cashiers have always been very nice, wishing us a good rest of our day and confirming orders. the decor is very cute, and kpop is usually on the aux, which is a plus for me! the boba is consistent, no matter what i order. jasmine green tea and thai milk tea are my favorites! lots of flavor even with reduced sugar. tapioca bubbles are always the perfect consistency. orders are quick! new regular boba place

I love the Tropical Twister with mango popping bubbles! My partner likes Tiger Milk tea and Taro. Their fried chicken is also so delicious! I have turned many friends into bubble tea because of this place.

Tea is always great. Food was not as good as other options close by. Popcorn chicken was way over cooked and not spicy(ordered spicy) The spam Onigiri were OK but bland without the dipping sauce. Would still go for the tea but would be reluctant to try the food
