We went between lunch and dinner hours on a weekday and it wasn't busy at all. The loaded cheese fries and steak quesadilla were delicious appetizers. They had the cheesy steak and potato soup, which is my favorite and absolutely amazing. My husband got the black and blue burger and it was fantastic. My steak was delicious and cooked exactly as I ordered.

Had a five star lunch today! The bartender could not have been more friendly and attentive. My burger was cooked perfectly and toppings were piled high—-love to see it! Delicious, I will be back in again!

they have mold on the meat while it is on the grill and poor quality control. the video in the comment.
The pork ribs had mold on it,and he was cooking it on the grill with mold on it ,and i told the staff and they keep saying one minute and don't care.
I am warning everyone not to eat here.

The food is bland, like not a lick of seasoning is being used. Steak - flavorless. Loaded mashed potatoes - watery. Fries - soggy. The saving grace to my meal tonight was my salad, cocktail, and the dang bread. I was especially pissed that the food was so bad because I was told the wait was 20 minutes, and it was 45 or more. I have no issues with waiting, and I know that many places are short-staffed for various reasons, but I communicate that. An hour wait for bland food is obnoxious for a restaurant that was barely half full on a Saturday evening. And then when I mentioned it to the manager, to see if my kid and I could get a dang cookie for the wait, more so lack of communication, he was very flat and dully said waits are a guesstimate, not a guarantee. Do not waste your time or money here.
But thank you to my server Tamia for being amazing and try her best to make a frustrating experience okay.

Whenever I come here, I Make sure our waiter is JOSH! His personality is so welcoming that if hes not working, I order to go. He's a pure pleasure to have at this location and deserves employee of the month, if not, GM. Always smiling and attentive. Idk what he does outside of this, but hospitality is his thing!!! It should be a thing for him to teach customer service across the nation!!!!
And theres a manager with very nice eyes that is super nice as well, Rob. These two individuals together in the same place, diabolical! I'm sold. If they arent in, I'm out.
