French onion soup was adequate (not great) but the Reuben was a disappointment. Grilled properly on one side but mushy bread and uncooked cheese on the other. Why grill one side and not the other?
This review is specifically for the upstairs “speakeasy”. We knew before going that it’s supposed to be a sort of “club” and has a $5 entry fee. I assumed this meant we were going to have an elevated cocktail experience and was okay with it. However, we found this place to be below average even compared to a regular bar. I don’t know how they have the audacity to charge $18 for a drink, let alone a $5 entrance fee. The deck was extremely cramped. The tables and chairs...
Went here after a wedding and had a blast. The barmaid was very helpful in suggesting good drinks and beers to try. Never had to wait long for a drink even though she was working the bar herself, and it was pretty busy. I will definitely go back next time I am in town
