This place used to sell chicken but they now only sell over price tea. What a waste. Sorry but 7-10 dollars for a cup of tea is ridiculous. Most likely will not come here again.

I got the 6 piece spicy wings with a side of charred corn and a honey green tea. I ate 2 of the wings before I took this picture. The two wings I ate were smaller than the ones in the picture. The honey green tea was okay but when I looked at the chicken wings I got and the side of charred corn was only half full, I couldn't help but feel like I was taken advantage of.

3 Employees on a slow Monday, which is fine. However, I stood at the register for easily a couple minutes yet no one came up to the counter. One girl just walked back to the nanxiang counter, and the other two just walked back into the kitchen. Horrible customer service.
I've patronized this business since the day they opened in my area. For the first month I had no issues. The last 10 or more times I've visited this establishment the customer service has been horrible. The food was horrible. The staff at the register have no idea how treat people. My most resent visit was today. The young lady at the register name Naomi ( probably lied about name,) she had to think about it) gave me attitude because she messed up my drink,so i kindly asked her to remake it. I spent $24.00 for a meal and she rolled her eyes because I asked for hotsauce and ranch in which she said No! I had to pay more for sauce although it should have came with my food.(Chicken tenders) after giving T.K.k a try for the last time. I will NOT be supporting this business again and tend to tell others as well. Thanks but No Thanks.
Mediocre fried chicken, the kwa kwa bao was a huge disappointment, mashed potato was bland
Really boring, mediocre chicken. The chicken drumstick was huge but lacked flavor and spice. The charred corn was definitely reheated and not flavorful. The best part of the meal was the biscuit which was actually pretty good. The sauces aren’t very good and the chain doesn’t feel “Asian” at all
It took them 35 min to get a 3-piece meal and a chicken sandwich ready.
It's easily the best fried chicken in the area. Beats popeyes and KFC by a lot.The seasoning is done very well, and it's not dripping with grease the way those other fast food places are. It's pretty new, so everything is cooked to order. It may take a little longer than going to the drive thru fast food places, but you're guaranteed to not get served food that's been sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour. Order ahead is the way to go.It's also connected to a bubble tea shop which is great. My family used to get Popeyes whenever we wanted fried chicken, but we'll probably just go here for now on.Edit:They don't take orders over the phone and if you want to order ahead you have to download an app... Unlike just about every other restaurant. I'm not installing a dedicated app just to get takeout chicken.

They just opened and need to work on their staffing and procedures a bit. I'm sure they'll work things out though. As for the food, well the chicken is fantastic! It should be very familiar to American tastes and is way better than any American fried chicken options available locally!
The food is definitely fantastic! They just opened, so staff seemed a bit lost. But the owner/manager made sure to make everything right.
