I got the 6 piece spicy wings with a side of charred corn and a honey green tea. I ate 2 of the wings before I took this picture. The two wings I ate were smaller than the ones in the picture. The honey green tea was okay but when I looked at the chicken wings I got and the side of charred corn was only half full, I couldn't help but feel like I was taken advantage of.

Phone doesn't work. Some of the key flavors on the menu are missing. Staffs are friendly though.

Do NOT recommend! First of all, The TKK chicken is within Kung Fu Tea. They do not know how to take orders for TKK chicken. (KF tea Manager: please train your employees on how to communicate orders with a customer) Second of all, they try to take more money from you. I ordered the 6 piece TK combo which suppose to come with 2 sides and 2 biscuits and 1 discounted drink. When I got my order, I didn't see my 2 biscuits, so I asked about the order (and they didn't even bother give me a receipt up front) And now I saw they charged me separately for 6 chicken (I asked for all dark meat and at NO a point did the employee tell me that it is NOT going to be a combo), separately for 2 sides, and MORE money for the drink (which was suppose to be discounted at $3.00). Third of all, chicken taste so dry, salty and it is awful! It was not worth the 22 dollars I spent on it. Would NOT recommend!

Fried chicken is a favorite of mine so add Korean Fried chicken to the mix - chefs kiss! I typically order for pick up since the fried chicken is fresh so it take about 20 minutes for pick up. It travels well and is always delicious carry out at home. Dining in is also great. I order the soy garlic, original and the snow onion. All must haves to order. The chicken is crispy juicy and flavorful. I order a side of white rice and radish. The service is good and the order process is easy - a phone call away.

3 Employees on a slow Monday, which is fine. However, I stood at the register for easily a couple minutes yet no one came up to the counter. One girl just walked back to the nanxiang counter, and the other two just walked back into the kitchen. Horrible customer service.

Hot! Fresh! Delicious! 10/10 recommend! I enjoyed the 4 spicy wings! Burned my mouth and filled me up, waited about 5 minutes but it was well worth it!

I've patronized this business since the day they opened in my area. For the first month I had no issues. The last 10 or more times I've visited this establishment the customer service has been horrible. The food was horrible. The staff at the register have no idea how treat people. My most resent visit was today. The young lady at the register name Naomi ( probably lied about name,) she had to think about it) gave me attitude because she messed up my drink,so i kindly asked her to remake it. I spent $24.00 for a meal and she rolled her eyes because I asked for hotsauce and ranch in which she said No! I had to pay more for sauce although it should have came with my food.(Chicken tenders) after giving T.K.k a try for the last time. I will NOT be supporting this business again and tend to tell others as well. Thanks but No Thanks.

Mediocre fried chicken, the kwa kwa bao was a huge disappointment, mashed potato was bland

Really boring, mediocre chicken. The chicken drumstick was huge but lacked flavor and spice. The charred corn was definitely reheated and not flavorful. The best part of the meal was the biscuit which was actually pretty good. The sauces aren’t very good and the chain doesn’t feel “Asian” at all

5.14.22 I discovered this restaurant from seeing a fellow yelpie's review. I love Korean fried chicken so wanted to give it a try with my husband. Upon entering the restaurant it was a bit confusing. It shares the same space as Kung Fu Tea and you place your order in the same line. Process: Step 1: Pick an Entree Step 2: Pick a side Step 3: Add a drink (+$2 for Classic Series, +$3 for Milk Tea or Punch, +$4 for Milk Strike or Slush) Food: I ordered the Kwa Kwa Bao + Chicken Combo. Kwa Kwa Bao is sticky rice, shiitake mushrooms, and pork wrapped in crispy chicken skin. It was interesting. The chicken was average. Nothing special about it, but it was piping hot and super moist. I got the Sweet Potato Fries as my side at the cashier's recommendation and it did not disappoint. My husband ordered chicken tenders with ranch sauce. He said it was good, piping hot, and super moist, but he still prefers BonChon as it's more flavorful. Service: He thought the cashier who took our order seemed unenthusiastic and wasn't giving off good vibes. Their was a Latino woman who he said was friendlier when he went up to ask for a cup of water and an additional sauce ($.25 each). Misc: My husband got the impression that they don't want patrons to dine inside as they don't provide tableware. We had to ask for ketchup and plastic utensils as they was not provided with our order. Final thoughts: The food was good, but nothing noteworthy. The service could be better and they could provide tableware for dining in and/or plastic utensils with orders automatically.

It took them 35 min to get a 3-piece meal and a chicken sandwich ready.
