This is a very nice place. I really enjoyed the service and highly recommend

Ordered a smoothie and it didn't taste like it should have. Something was added that shouldn't have been. The store is dirty compared to the others ones in the area

They burn the food often. Quesadilla was black and inedible today.

Worst taste of food experience that i have tried in the tropical smoothie cafe is from this place, ruined my opinion about this cafe. Do not go to this cafe at this place.

I have no idea what the girl at the counters problem was but she didn’t greet us or nothing when we came in the store. Even when I spoke to her at the register she didn’t say anything like I get it if you don’t like your job but why are you not speaking it’s rude.

Horrible service. Cashier/barista was on the phone and ignored me despite the fact that the place was empty. The one in Ellicott City is better.

I walked in at 8:45 PM tonight to place an order, and I was told that they were closed upon walking in. I then asked “So you are closing early?” & was told yes. Not accepting an order 15 minutes before closing is incredibly unprofessional & displays low-effort customer service. They then shut off the lights.I won’t be going to this location again.

Great food which is absolutely consistent from location to location.What I don't understand is why there are such differences in way you get pick up orders and the timing of how food is prepared from store to store.At this particular location my smoothie was sitting out on a shelf, not refrigerated and was ready nearly 10 minutes before my food was.I'm not sure why that makes sense at this particular location. I get that it's a little bit of extra work to serve both frozen items and hot food, but it just seems like with a little bit more thought the timing could be improved.Pretty good experience overall, just could be improved with a little bit more. Thought to the timing!

Tropical Smootie recently removed most of their sandwiches for some reason. they now have a limited menu. This location must be under new ownership because the cashier was very slow and didn’t know some items. The smoothie makers are different too, they used to be faster and more efficient. But overall the food is still good.

Easy to get to this place if you're in the Ellicott City area.

Was very pleased with the service I received Today. The power went out. Iyonna continues to provide great customer service and explained everything patiently to customers. She didn't miss a beat. Very pleasant and made the best out of the issue. She needs to be manager, she is running this location. Doing GREAT! Kudos to Iyonna!! Job well done. ??❤️❤️❤️????
