I have no idea what the girl at the counters problem was but she didn’t greet us or nothing when we came in the store. Even when I spoke to her at the register she didn’t say anything like I get it if you don’t like your job but why are you not speaking it’s rude.

I walked in at 8:45 PM tonight to place an order, and I was told that they were closed upon walking in. I then asked “So you are closing early?” & was told yes. Not accepting an order 15 minutes before closing is incredibly unprofessional & displays low-effort customer service. They then shut off the lights.I won’t be going to this location again.

Great food which is absolutely consistent from location to location.What I don't understand is why there are such differences in way you get pick up orders and the timing of how food is prepared from store to store.At this particular location my smoothie was sitting out on a shelf, not refrigerated and was ready nearly 10 minutes before my food was.I'm not sure why that makes sense at this particular location. I get that it's a little bit of extra work to serve both frozen items and hot food, but it just seems like with a little bit more thought the timing could be improved.Pretty good experience overall, just could be improved with a little bit more. Thought to the timing!

Tropical Smootie recently removed most of their sandwiches for some reason. they now have a limited menu. This location must be under new ownership because the cashier was very slow and didn’t know some items. The smoothie makers are different too, they used to be faster and more efficient. But overall the food is still good.

Easy to get to this place if you're in the Ellicott City area.
Was very pleased with the service I received Today. The power went out. Iyonna continues to provide great customer service and explained everything patiently to customers. She didn't miss a beat. Very pleasant and made the best out of the issue. She needs to be manager, she is running this location. Doing GREAT! Kudos to Iyonna!! Job well done. ??❤️❤️❤️????

It's the second time in a row we have had missing items on our online order. We have gotten the smoothies but always missed the food and side. I live about 20 minutes away and order from here when I'm on the way from dog sitting or friends house so I have to drive 20 minutes back just drive another 20 minutes to get home. When I lived in Ellicott City I loved coming here but the last two months they have missed multiple things from a group order. I'm not coming back and I'm sad that they are starting to go downhill.

The food is delicious, but every time I order something (which is quite often) they forget to add something. Whether it’s the straw for my smoothie, or extra sauce which I PAY EXTRA FOR. Very rare they get everything right. Another time I requested no tomatoes and they seemed to give me extra of that though. Barely any sauce each time which is why I ask for extra and never receive. The employees need to be able to correctly read requests. Again the food is amazing, but way toooo pricey to be messing the orders up. When I visited the on in Tyson’s corner, they were perfection. Debating moving down there just for the food.

When the manager’s away, the employees will play…The store was not cleaned and the bathrooms were awful. The ladies restroom was clogged / unusable and the men’s was dirty.I got a mango bacon Brie chicken flatbread and it had less than 1/3 of one piece of bacon and about two tablespoons of chicken. One employee had a friend hanging out at the counter, which I wouldn’t care about if they were caught up on their work.Two other employees were cleaning the kitchen. The food came out quick and tasted ok.I probably won’t come to this location again.
