I lost my Pet and asked the manager if I could put a lost and found picture outside. She said yes but tore it off soon as I left. Will never be coming back here and writing a letter to Corp as well as posting on my social media page

Met up with friends. The staff was good and didn't try to rush us.

Good service and food half prices on Monday

May 2025, Uno's in Bethesda was one of the first ever restaurants my wife and I visited during our courtship. Now, the Ellicott City, MD location is the one we frequent. After a long trip from Tysons Corner, we stopped there for a quick drink and meal. While setting in the bar booth, we noticed ants 🐜 on the table and walls, so we moved to another booth. But those damn critters were there, too. We then decided to eat/drink at the bar. We told Uno's staff, and they sprayed bug repellent on the outside area near the booths. I understand the heavy rain 🌧 all weekend probably cause this problem, but they never cleared the booth section or told the patrons that were eating there. Nevertheless, the food seemed good, but I wonder what's going on in the kitchen? I still give them a 3+ due to our server and how good the food taste. (P.S. do not visit this location when it rains or right after 🐜).

Always down for deep dish and the wings, both bone in and boneless were good too. My daughter had calamari and broccoli and cheese soup.

Food was astounding, and service was even better. Our server's name was Erik and he was very attentive and friendly. Couldn't recommend this place enough, he deserves a raise. 😎👍
