Because of the reviews I was a bit nervous but I’m confused by the lower rating. Hot tea, wonderful. Summer rolls, delicious. Pho, plenty of options and a flavorful broth. Service was quick and friendly. Granted I went on a weekday for dinner. But no complaints here. Very happy to return.
Vanessa is an absolute doll. Great customer service and the Thai tea is phenomenal. If you want Pho and a great customer experience this is the spot.
Broth was overly salty, place was meh, it’s a place you go to on a whim and just never go back to again.
First time eating here, such delicious food, will come back
Vanessa is the best!
We go here out of convenience, and I will say the pho is really good. However, they have the absolute worst customer service I have EVER seen. The only times it’s been good is when there is a female server present, who I’ve never seen having help when she is there. She is on top of it and great. However, the gentleman that is there most times we’ve gone is extremely slow, stand off ish and rude. Even when we have gone and it’s just us, the service is so bad that it’s actually mind blowing.
What takes the cake is tho, we placed a to go order. Get back home with the order and we have no noodles for our phos placed in our bags. We called to let them know, the lady gave the phone to the gentleman that took our order who happens to be the same one who is always there with terrible service. He literally tried to accuse me of lying that we are missing the actual noodles, saying he always carefully looks…. I told him multiple times it’s not in there and he’s telling me to look again. I was on the phone for a few minutes trying to argue with him that my eyeballs work just fine, the food is in front of me and the food is missing. He just sat on the phone without speaking or trying to help.
My mom went back to pick up the noodles again and he gave her the worst attitude you could possibly get. The lady also tried to accuse my mom of lying. This man never takes his AirPods out of his ears to actually be present to listen to his customers.
I’m appalled at how this crappy attitude keeps them in business long.
Great place, great food. Very pleasant staff.
Sorry to say, but this is a weird place.
Pho is OK, there's a bar and plenty of odd things to look at. I could see someone describe it as 'tacky'. They're open late and there is a bar and sometimes live entertainment for some reason. Very bizarre for a Pho place.
Very delicious pho. It's probably one of my favorites. Service is quick, and the people who work there are very efficient and nice.
Kicked me and my sister out after being seated for 5 mins bc white people felt uncomfortable

False advertising . The menu on the website doesn't actually reflect the prices when going to the restaurant. When I pointed out to the sever. He said "didn't update it." This is not my problem as the customer. So I decided to walk out without ordering anything. I will not support a business who false advertised their menu
Services r ok, but Bún Bò Huế is NOT what it is. Taste so bad, so if anyone want to try, please do not, because basically it is Phở Broth, nothing like Bún Bò Huế, so disappointed

We arrived at 9:05pm, the waiter told us that the kitchen was closed but that he could make an exception and take our order if we knew what we wanted. I was so confused and asked why their hours said they closed at 10 and he said that it’s actually 9 but they haven’t updated it. After that the whole interaction was really unpleasant.
On the other hand, the food was so good- it was exactly what we were looking for.
The service was not at all what we expected since the waiter seemed upset that we ended up staying and ordering, he didn’t come to check on us while we were there and was just waiting for us to finish so we could leave. As soon as we asked for the check- he turned off all the TVs and once we walked out the door he shut down like 15 min before 10pm. It was such a weird experience but again the food was great. If you’re looking to have some good Pho, definitely try it out but not close to “closing” time.

Food started out pretty ok but used to be better. Main issue is with takeout. I've always asked in different orders to not boil the noodles & not include cilantro.
Most of the time, it's a surprise when they do actually listen. I even ask at pick-up to double confirm, cashier assures me it's all been prepared, and yet we still have the same problem too many times.

A lot of menu choices like the rabbit, clams and rock fish were not available. We had to keep ordering multiple times and find out later that it wasn’t available. Got the hu tieu with both egg and vermicelli noodles and it came with lots of shrimp and fish balls and it was pretty good, but the broth was a bit sweet. Had to ask for basic utensils like spoons to eat the soup.
Parking: The Korean restaurant next door had a ton of people so I think that’s why parking was tight around 6:30pm on 6/17/24.
