When walking into the restaurant the welcoming was extremely warming. I was also greated by an amazing woman by the name of Simi. She gave me the absolute best experience for my 1st time visiting Vocelli's Pizza. Simi customer service was exceptional!! I will definitely be referring any and everyone that I know and don't know to Vocelli's Pizza. With that being said... Pizza was barely warm and the crust was flabby. A huge disappointment. The first time we ordered from here the food was good so I don't get it. Considering how expensive it is we probably won't be ordering from them again.

Bad service , order alot from them but they always forget part of the order. when call back , the guy only apologize but never satisfy the customer . I pay and tip them well when they deliver but mossing part of the order is bad service.

Every time I have ordered pizza from them they always forget part of the order even after emphasizing them please do not forget the garlic sauce and crush peppers , but they still do. When u call them back they always apologize and never come through. Today when I order pizza from them , guess what , they forgot to put garlic sauce and crush peppers and the soda. When I called the guy said we will send u a fresh pizza with everything u asked for but it will be with in an hour since the drives are busy , I said fine , I will wait. Two and half hours latter , nothing. Called them back and he said sorry our driver is busy. Never ordering from them again!

Crust was burned and dry. Toppings were burned, there was lotto no cheese and the sauce was without flavor. Both pizzas were thrown out. Recent management change seems to have contributed to the decline of this location that we have frequented since 2011
