Worker Katie was pleasant and so greeting! She was so inviting when me and my sister walked in there and such a sweet heart she deserves to be recognized on her hard work!

I’ve visited this wingstop many times before and always had issues! Today the cashier D’Asia was very pleasant and helpful. THIS IS THE FIRST for as many times I’ve been here. I will definitely be back. Thank you also to the team that worked today around 4:50pm

They don’t have any organized waiting for the Oder longtime I never recommend for this place for Oder food there is lot of staff but they don’t know how to work I’m so upset this is not first time always

I always order from wingstop, never had an issue until today. I ordered the same flavor i always do which was hot honey, but instead was given this. I called to see if I could just get a partial refund because this was the only thing wrong in my order, but the woman on the phone insisted that it was made correctly because she was the one who made it. I tried explaining to her that I ordered multiple times from this location and it didn't look like the normal hot honey rub, but again she insisted it was right. She told me I could bring it back in and they could do something abt it, but i live 20-25 min away and had my dad pick it up, so that just wasn't logical. But yeah definitely a little disappointed today.

My sons had been trekking in the Himalayas and were eagerly anticipating their wings upon their return as this is all they talked about. The very next day upon their return, we ordered almost $50 worth of food from this location. Unfortunately, the food was a letdown and did not live up to our expectations.

I filed a complaint online and was surprised at the prompt response from the general manager (Thomas Sprow III). He apologized and offered to send me meal cards to enjoy at any of our Wingstop locations or to put this together at the location for me to pick up at my convenience.

I opted for the same order pickup, and he extended an open invitation to redeem my in-store credit at my leisure. He requested that I call no more than 30 min ahead of time and reference his name to receive my meal.

I called a week later but had no luck. The employee said I'd have to call when Thomas returned and hung up on me. I called a week later and was treated even worse. Despite calling ahead and referencing his name as instructed, I encountered significant difficulties communicating my order and receiving confirmation.

I understand that errors can occur, but this additional issue, coupled with my previous experience, has left me with a negative impression of Wingstop's customer service. Being transferred multiple times and then laughed at by an employee was both unprofessional and embarrassing. As a result, I had to end the call in frustration. I emailed and texted him right away, but I have not received any response as of November 13, 2024.

This situation has left me very disappointed with this location, organization, staff, and its manager.

My kids are a big fan. this Rt. 40 location specifically is super busy, yet, always had friendly service. It is hard to resist taking some of the voodoo fries from my kids’ order, it is soooo good.
The Wingstop App is great, that’s my go to.

placed a order here today lex was extremely nice and welcoming she walked me through the menu and was very knowledgeable on the menu when i told her what i was allergic to. Highly recommended this wingstop if you are in the area. Fast and friendly service will definitely be back.
