This team deserves way way more credit. The food is always phenomenal. Shout out to Katie and Ramon for always ensuring the food and customer service is on point. I’ve been here countless of times with my family and solo and they are always busy, this just goes to show how good the food is and the customer service. Thank you again Ramon for the lemon pepper all drums!!!
They get a pass on this one. It was 'free 5 wings' day. It was extremely busy. I was okay until I heard them call my name. I told no less than 3 employees this. I SAW HIM put my bag on the top shelf. But I was completely ignored. I know it's not the employees' fault, but the wings are pretty small. I paid $41 for 25-30 wings that fit into one average sized container. I'm going to go back in a couple of weeks. Perhaps the results will be better.
This review is specifically about Katie… OMG, was it busy in that store this evening. I witnessed at least 45-50 people come in to order/pick up. Katie was overwhelmed a bit & supposed to have gotten off hours ago, but she was there, did her best to remain pleasant through the hustle & bustle & had her hands on every part of the operation! From answering calls, to handling the register/customers, to supporting her crew with prepping the orders, to refilling the soda...
