Everyone in our group liked the food here. I had pork with squid and it was cooked well and tasty. Will definitely come again. Server was attentive. There is no "atmosphere" there except a quiet place to enjoy your food with family and friends.

This is the best, most authentic Korean food in Ellicott City! The food is consistently delicious and there are so many great options on the menu. We've also consistently experienced wonderful service from the kind staff who always work so hard to ensure everyone in the restaurant is taken care of. I highly recommend this place and am always excited to introduce it to friends and family. While you may not notice the restaurant from route 40, it's not at all hard to find or get to if you're following your maps app. The restaurant is clean and welcoming and overall a 10/10 establishment!

Food was ok generally, but servers are not attentive. Don’t expect reasonable service here.

I had spicy ribs and there were more potatoes. I paid $60 and filled my stomach with potatoes.

If you had a Korean grandma cook simple Korean dishes and banchan, it is hard to think the food would be any better! We usually get a combo of grilled mackerel and soybean paste soup and another soup and we usually bring home enough leftovers for another meal for about $40. The servers are so concerned you enjoy yourself! What a find. A true family gem.

Oct 2023We came here for lunch on a Sunday. The place is a bit small and difficult to spot, located at the back of the building (at the bottom of the hill), at the corner next to a MMA gym, with the entrance located behind the only tree next to the building. There is free parking both in front and behind the building, though the back of the building is less busy since the front faces the rest of the shopping center. For those who park in the front, there are stairs on the side of the building (not the one next to the main road) that lead down to where the restaurant is. I'm not sure if there's an elevator. The inside is very open and bright, with one short wall and some potential wooden hanging dividers. There are about 14 tables ranging from 2-6 people capacity. The aisles between tables are pretty big since they use carts to deliver food. There is a pretty obvious sign in front of the seating area that states that plastic bags ($0.10) and takeout containers ($0.05) are an extra charge. There are two bathrooms in the back, one male and one female. The staff were friendly and polite but not very attentive. We mainly saw them when ordering and delivering food but that was it. They didn't refill the waters and people had to flag them down for the check when they came by delivering food for other people. They were not very proactive. To start off the food, they give you 10 free small appetizer plates: beansprouts, broccoli & carrot, egg rolls, seaweed, kimchi, barley wheat jello, spicy pepper, soy onion & garlic, miso cabbage, and spicy cucumber. You can request free refills for these 10 plates. We ordered a good variety of food. My favorite was definitely the La Short Ribs, very tender and easy to eat. I would say the best korean short ribs I've tried so far. The seafood pancake was good though a bit too wet, not crispy. The Jokbal was subpar and you could get better at Lotte Market, which says a lot. The Beef Bibimbap and the Chik Naengmeyon were both very good.Overall, good food and minimal service. May or may not come again.Parking: I recommend parking in the back of the building, which is where the restaurant entrance is located. It has less traffic and you don't have to trek up and down stairs from your car to the restaurant.

Smaller hidden Korean place on the corner of a shopping center. Stopped by for some spicy rice cakes and was surprised by the generous portions and affordable prices. Seemed to have a wide selection of authentic cuisine for sharing with another.

Food here seems authentic and is very good. Place can be a little hard to find since it is in the back of the strip mall, rather than the side facing the boulevard. Probably one of the best choices for Korean food in Ellicot City, as long as you are not looking for anything too fancy and just want to eat well.

Quietly tucked away is this little gem. On a cold rainy day we ordered fried dumplings and hot stone bowl beef bulgogi- delicious. The amount of food you received was surprising. I had to ask for a takeaway box. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back to try some different items on their menu.
