“30 days ago when I first came into the restaurant my ticket said “guy at the end of the bar.” Today it says “regular.” I cannot say enough about the hospitality the owner Mr. Bob and every waitress has shown to me over the month. I spend about 250 days a year in a restaurant and I know good food and service a mile away. The Ott House definitely doesn’t disappoint. See you in the summertime in OBX Ott Family!“

“A Cozy pub with good food! Only complaint, as others have said, is that the service is slow. We were warned when we ordered that the kitchen was backed up (even though the restaurant was only half full), but even waving down our waiter to order a second drink took a while. Only come here if you're not in a rush.“

“The restaurant was busy but the staff definitely kept up! Everyone was friendly. I ordered the shrimp basket with fries and it was delicious! Food came out fast and hot. The shrimp was juicy and pretty good size. The fries were amazing as well. So thankful they had sweet tea! If I ever get to come back out this way I'm eating here again!“

“First time there. Spilled a beer, staff quickly helped mop up and replaced the beer. The burgers were excellent, the chorizo/beef taco's a little light on the meat, but very good to the taste. Bought a 4 pack to take out. 3 in the party and we were all very pleased with the beer, food, and service.“

“Best burger I have had in my life! I ordered the Lincoln burger and it was cooked perfectly and flavorful! The truffle fries were amazing. Normally don’t order dessert but tried the pineapple upside down cake and it was absolutely delicious! Will definitely eat their again!“
