I go here often and typically don’t have a problem with them. My food was old a few times and again today. and I had to ask them to remake it. I also forgot to add to my order and they told me I had to get back in the drive thru line or come inside and make another order. I thought that was a real inconvenience being as though that is a really busy intersection and having to turn around just to add an order is crazy. I went thru the drive thru for a reason. It may seem like a small reason but I feel like that courtesy should be reinstated for 1. You lose out on money not servicing and 2. You’ve now inconvenienced a paying customer who potentially could not come back and you’ve lost even more money even if it is just a few dollars. Of all the fast food restaruants I’ve been to this probably was the most inconvenient. I ended up just getting a refund.

I went and got food there yesterday they wait till after I order a duo there and order onion rings for another meal to say they are out of onion rings to try and cheat you out for more money this location has been going down hill for years the corporate office needs to straighten this place up if they do their job instead of their phones getting high on the job and actual pay attention this place could.make more.money

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered door dash and the restaurant did not update the app stating it's been picked up, come to find out they hand it to some stranger. This causes me to waste more time after waiting an hour for food that never came, I had to go in to restaurant and physically order my meal after this, and they still got both drinks I ordered wrong, was supposed to get sprite and root beer and got Dr Pepper for both. Great location, it has been a high volume restaurant for quite sometime. Good customer service, spot on for order accuracy. Clean dinning room and rest rooms. It's rather far from baltimore city and doesn't attract those who are unfortunately homeless or suffering addiction. Employees are genuinely respectful. Beat location in the baltimore area in my opinion!Parking: Weekends can get a little jammed, usually pretty open though.Wheelchair accessibility: The building entrance is a little like navigating a walmart parking lot. Drive thru staff was so nice and friendly. I was being difficult with my coupons and they were so understanding and polite!! It’s nice to get good customer service in this world that we live in today because it’s few and far between so I always appreciate it when I get it!!

Drive thru order taker was professional, prompt and friendly. The building itself is covered in broken glass and graffiti. The 1st window cannot be seen thru and you don't know exactly which window you belong at. It's covered in magazine papers or something very tacky. The second window is in such a rush, you have ur bag and the window closed before you can ask for ketchup. Perhaps you have too many untrained teenagers working here. Improvements definitely need to be made.
Service was pleasant, order correct and food was good. That said,this is my 2nd visit where the Whopper lacked the flame broiled flavor I enjoy.
