I go here often and typically don’t have a problem with them. My food was old a few times and again today. and I had to ask them to remake it. I also forgot to add to my order and they told me I had to get back in the drive thru line or come inside and make another order. I thought that was a real inconvenience being as though that is a really busy intersection and having to turn around just to add an order is crazy. I went thru the drive thru for a reason. Great location, it has been a high volume restaurant for quite sometime. Good customer service, spot on for order accuracy. Clean dinning room and rest rooms. It's rather far from baltimore city and doesn't attract those who are unfortunately homeless or suffering addiction. Employees are genuinely respectful. Drive thru staff was so nice and friendly. I was being difficult with my coupons and they were so understanding and polite!! It’s nice to get good customer service in this world that we live in today because it’s few and far between so I always appreciate it when I get it!!
