The person who took our order rang it wrong and when I went to get my order they tried to charge me for their mistake. They were rude and argumentative. They also put pickles on my sandwich after I verified 3 times no pickles!

My experience at Popeyes this time was very disappointing. I was overcharged and given the wrong food order. When I returned to get it corrected, the staff seemed annoyed that I was asking for the correct items. On top of that, nothing was done to address the overcharge, and no apology was offered. This location is going downhill.

Love this place from the fresh food to the friendly staff and clean environment… boss and I go every Friday just about can’t really say I’ve had a bad experience from this location . The manager I believe can’t remember his name but very friendly polite and just provides a good experience when visiting. I recommend going to this location if at all possible.
