I had their food at Weber's Farm this weekend.In summary, it's South Carolina BBQ, with a BBQ sauce that so thin one might think it's on Coumadin. The BBQ itself is adequate. Like a 3 out 5. The Mac & Cheese saved then as it actually tasted like it was made with experience and love. The collard greens where colliery and the rice was fine. Again, nothing to write home about or find your mama to slap her. Just acceptable BBQ. So all in all it's 5 star BBQ...
The food is delicious, especially the ribs!!!!! The guys are friendly and the service is fast!!! I've eaten there 3 days this week and no disappointment! I'd recommend to everyone!!
Best ribs that I have ever had in South Carolina. I purchased 2 rib combo's and a brisket sandwich combo. The food was fresh and the ribs were cooked to perfection. The service was fast and friendly. I will definitely stop again! If you're looking for some good tasting ribs, then be sure to stop when you see SC BBQ & Catering!!
