“It's touch and go here. Food is always good, but sometimes the way it's put together leaves a lot to be desired. It can't be that hard to center a burger on a bun. The other day I got a bacon McDouble and it had like 8 pickles on it. Must have been the I don't give a crap crew working that day.“

“I had a really good experience at Burgerfi White Marsh recently. I was there before lunch time and the crew working was terrific! Malikai, Cameron, Jasmyn and a young man in the kitchen worked hard and so well together. What a team.“

“I went to this place after months of thinking about it. I ordered the detroit style pan pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. And it was freakin delicious. Stays consistent a day later even after reheating. A little pricey though. If i could get a half of detroit pan pizza i would prefer that. Just in case i dont need to feed a whole family.“

“We just hosted our daughter birthday here and the staff here were fantastic! For a small fee they bought/set up decorations for the theme our daughter chose, they planned games, and put up posters. We were really just thrilled with the whole experience and would definitely have another party here!“

“This was our first visit to the G&A but it definitely wont be the last! We have eaten crab cakes at many of Baltimore’s restaurants and indeed in restaurants all over the world and I can say with absolute certainty that the crab cake at the G&A was the best we have ever had. It was full of lump crab meat and the seasoning was sublime. We also tried the salads and the home fries, everything was delicious. We have since been back for breakfast and this too was prepared to such a high standard with a wide choice to suit all tastes. The G&A is an absolute gem of a restaurant with friendly and attentive staff and owners who clearly care deeply about giving their customers the best possible experience. I highly recommend a visit, you will not be disappointed.“

“Parking: My boyfriend and I went here for dinner. The beer selection is amazing, the beer was amazing, and the food was amazing.

My only "gripe" is that our server (who was a rockstar) was a little overloaded, and our appetizer came out with our food, but with the crowd they had I'm impressed it all came out as quickly as it did and at no point felt like we were waiting long for food or drink.“

“Food was amazing. Service took a long time. We went on Veterans Day, and it took more than 20 mins for someone to come to our table just to get our drinks put in. Food came fast once it was put in. I'm sure it was just because they were busy and I don't normally complain, but we did notice 3 other tables that were sat after us that got service before us. Even one table put in appetizers and got them before we got our drinks.“

“The staff were frustrated and overwhelmed in challenges I could tell but why wouldn't they on a night of a storm and electricity keep flickering or actually going off!! They offered to give us the food at no cost but we just couldn't do that everybody was working as a team refreshing to see and customer service was great“

“I love the vibe here. This restaurant is set to be like a ski lodge. Some tables have ski lift seats! It is a large venue that is broken into sections, making it feel small and intimate. The food is amazing and the main reason to try this place. My favorites include the burgers, mozzarella balls, and the crab? Corn chowder. When you do, I know that you will return. The servers are great as well.“

“don't know if it was the server or the kitchen but our food took forever and then my salad was incorrect. I asked for no tomatoes they gave me tomatoes but no cheese. asked for cookies and creme ice cream took half hour for Ice cream to come out when I told our server to cancel the ice cream cause I had to be out forest hill by 230 and it was already 130 ,(we had already been there 1 1/2 hours for 2 kids meals a sandwich and salad) then the ice cream came out incorrect so I canceled my ice cream order. it was early in the afternoon no line at the window and only 6 tables of guest all small groups.“

It was our first time visiting and we decide to dine in, walking in the server was kind of clueless about handling things, (maybe she was new??) but we got past that and as I said the food was great but the vibe was not so friendly and the sanitation as we found out was a little questionable. The bathroom could definitely use a cleaning. And midway through, the cook came out and began sweeping toward us … while we were still eating. And then we seen him continue, as we had decided to leave at that point, to sweep around another patron as he was eating.“

“We are a local business and we ordered 25 pizzas for a holiday party. Best prices around and the pizza was delicious. Called the day of to confirm 6 pm delivery. 6pm the driver walked in the door. He was incredible nice and helped set up the pizzas. We are a few miles away and it was rush hour. The pizzas were so hot that we had to wait a few for them to cook down. One of the best pizza places that I have purchased from and will definitely order from them again.“

“We love our IHOP. The staff here is so kind and sweet. The young man who served us was very pleasant and just let us rack up on sausage and bacon lol. He was so helpful in making sure our meals came out fresh and hot. Coffee fresh. The team worked with him in bringing our meals to us. The teamwork was exceptional. We will be back again ❤️“

“My friend and I visited this lounge for the first time last month. It is a BEAUTIFUL lounge. A great atmosphere and gorgeous ambiance. The bartender was very nice. However, our experience could have been better for a couple reasons: First, a lot of the items on the food menu were unavailable! Maybe the lounge was waiting for a food inventory delivery? Who knows? My friend tried to order three food items off the menu, and for each item the bartender said “I have to check with the kitchen to see if we have it!” They didn’t have the three items. My friend settled for the steamed shrimp. 🤷🏾‍♀️ My second and last issue/complaint: We both ordered a delicious pink martini-style drink (I forgot the exact name). The drink was good but it was mainly juice/sugar/grenadine— it hardly had any alcohol. It tasted like we were drinking a really good pink lemonade beverage lol. I will give this lounge another chance and most likely several more chances because it’s near my house. They should just stop skimping on the alcohol and have most menu items in stock!“

“Definitely call ahead to order because they get very busy at times, especially at night. Great food for a great price I got the #6 2 pc catfish combo and fries for 8.99. the box was filled with fries on the bottom, and the catfish pieces were very big, it was almost like you were eating 4 pieces from another restaurant. The fried chicken is also pretty good too, 11.99 was how much it cost for 8 pieces and it was cooked well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap but good restaurant to eat at.“
