tonight, this lady in a beanie handed us our order. We asked for Buffalo and barbecue sauce. The lady and told us that she gave us sweet-and-sour sauce, But we never ordered sweet-and-sour sauce. She demanded the sweet-and-sour sauce to be returned so that we could buy buffalo and barbecue sauce, But I find that to be a major health violation because of contamination. I wouldn’t want my sauce touched by other people, And I think it’s very rude that I was given a sauce I never asked for. I have receipts!

I usually always go to this McDonald's but today the Manager was way off. She stood talking by the drive thru window with others and saw the line in the lobby. We didn't even know she was the Manager. I stood waiting for 15 mins for 2 sausage mcgriddles no egg. I asked how much longer she came up with sometime else order never addressed me, I asked for a manager she walked away still didn't acknowledge me she said nothing. When I saw her walk to the back then another woman came from the back they all looked confused, then the first lady came back. I said can I speak with the manager then she says I am the manager how can I help you. I said you are the worst manager I've ever encountered, I don't want your food give me my money back. I gave her the receipt and was given cash even though I paid with a card. And I walked out. To be the manager and not acknowledge people standing and not say anything is a Big NoNo! No smile, no team leadership,

The slowest food delivery in the world. Every staff member has no idea what they are doing. They have poor stress tolerance and are unable to handle the work process.
At this particular McDonald’s, you must really take a good look at your food before you leave. I have come here on numerous occasions and now and then they always forget to give me stuff. I understand it’s human error, I got four meals and when I get home and there’s no french fries in my bag and I’m to tired to go back and get them and they don’t ever answer their phone.

Why they asking for donations at McDonalds asking people for money for somebody funeral they not suppose to do that and it made me uncomfortable. He gonna say a penny anything like who begs for money when you are on the clock nah McDonald’s yall need to do something about that
