Biggest pet peeve - I ALWAYS have to ask for napkins when I order a food item. I shouldn't have to do that. Also, the young lady working the drive thru window on 9/26/25 in the moring - no need to make faces when a customer asks for the taller/bigger straw.
I asked for light ice and i really think i got EXTRA ICE very angry i like more drink. I did a pick up in store and my drink was just sitting on the back counter for 3-5 minutes and no one would grab it.
Everyone here is always so nice. They're amazingly efficient. Even when they're system has hiccups (such as cash only or a machine is broken) they are up front about it, patient, and understanding.
