I was so excited when this location was opened but it has the slowest Starbucks service of any I’ve visited. I’ve sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes on numerous occasions. The drive thru staff is always friendly but don’t understand why does service take so long when there are few customers inside. Also, the inside is often closed. Please do better!

Wearing a bonnet that you rolled out of bed with to work..making drinks and taking orders. It’s embarrassing. You wouldn’t do that at any other location. You do it because you think because you are in a black community we don’t have standards but we do. Shame on management for not addressing it. Wear a net not a bonnet!

I purchased a hot drink. When the cashier gave me my drink, I noticed nasty brown finger prints all in the outside of the cup. I asked if I could get a clean cup, the lady that made the drink placed the dirty cup inside of a clean cup. I asked the cashier once again for a clean cup, he became combative and told me the dirty prints in the cup was coffee and that they did not have time for this. I asked for my money back, though I have not checked my account yet, he said he returned the full amount back on my card. That was so unsanitary, that it made me sick to my stomach. I was a regular customer, and enjoyed going there. I will have to reconsider. Sad!
Best Starbucks playlist I have ever heard ? ! Came in to get some work done and started jamming ! If you are in the area, stop on by for a hot beverage!

This is the absolute worst location… they pick and choose when they want to open the inside for guests which slows down everything in the drive thru. Lines always wrapped around the building with ghetto a$$ staff. Wish I could give ZERO STARS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!Parking: If they close the inside you won’t have any parking because of the backed up traffic into the streets

2/1 11:00 am. Came in and remotely worked after being a drive-thru customer a couple times.Every employee smiled, greeted and chatted with a customer at some point. Coworker collaboration was efficient and free of tension. My drink tasted great!I worked in retail for a while, so this morning team deserved 5 stars from my experience.

I came to get Starbucks this morning and there was no line when I first walked in. I stood patiently waiting to be served. Yalani came from working the drive thru to the cashier and decided to try and take the police offers order behind me, instead of greeting me and taking my order, as I was here first. She even seen me standing in line and that’s what prompted her to come over or atleast that’s what I thought. After stating I was here first, she then gave me blank stare and proceeded to take my order. While taking my order she was on FaceTime at the register and was forgetting things I communicated to her because she was wrapped up in a call. Unprofessional!!!! The manager and the others workers were very great. Yalani needs a retrain on effective customer service. She also mouthed something about me.
