I came to get Starbucks this morning and there was no line when I first walked in. I stood patiently waiting to be served. Yalani came from working the drive thru to the cashier and decided to try and take the police offers order behind me, instead of greeting me and taking my order, as I was here first. My only complaint is that every time I come here the inside is never open. Anyone know why? Also, if they are going to be closed on the inside they should have a much bigger sign announcing it. Every time I'm in the drive thru I watched several cars pull up and park, walk to the door, attempt to open the door and it's locked. There is a white sign that doesn't not catch your eye at all. 2/1 11:00 am. Came in and remotely worked after being a drive-thru customer a couple times.Every employee smiled, greeted and chatted with a customer at some point. Coworker collaboration was efficient and free of tension. My drink tasted great!I worked in retail for a while, so this morning team deserved 5 stars from my experience.
