Applebee's Grill + Bar offers a friendly atmosphere with attentive staff, as seen when a waitress happily served hot and fresh food, including spinach dip and bucket drinks. The food is amazing and the franchise does a great job of presenting a unified experience. The staff is attentive and hustling, making sure to provide amazing customer service and make customers feel taken care of, even when the restaurant is a pack house and food takes a while to arrive.
