The food in this restaurant is absolutely delicious! I say without a doubt it has to be the best Jamaican restaurant in the DMV! I ordered fried Chicken with cabbage rice and peas and also an order of brown stewed chicken with food which included green banana plantain yam and dumplings. The food was amazing but I was very excited to see they had traditional drinks I loved the Sorrel and Soursop juice. I'll definitely be coming back for more 😊

We placed a catering order for rice&peas, stew chicken and cabbage for my daughter's graduation/college send off celebration. The food was ready at the time promised, the staff were amazing and most of all the food quality was great! Will definitely be using D&L for future events and anytime we feel for authentic Caribbean food!

My friend interduce me to this jamaica restaurant. On being a chef I am very picky. But walk in this place the warm welcome waa everything then the place waa nice on clean the nice staff wow .I feel at home then when the food was serve it waa everything..I have to give u guy 100 💯 u got it .big up the flags

I visited yesterday for the first time. The customer service was great. The food not so much! I paid 66.00 for my food and threw it all in the trash. Jerk wings tough, Mac and cheese was dry looked like box, Rasta pasta was sweet, cabbage was to crunchy and you can tell the curry shrimp was frozen. You can tell he put everything in the microwave to heat it up because the containers were super hot and the food was dry. I wish I would have taken pictures of all the food.

My husband and I just came here for the first time with our two little ones and we couldn’t stop eating the curry chicken and collard greens. 10/10. Everything is so flavorful. Our kids loved it 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

My first visit was today for lunch and I was pleasantly impressed. The owner was very nice and patient while I decided what I wanted. He allowed me to sample the collard greens and I will definitely get them next time I visit. I got the jerk chicken entree and it was delicious! I will go back and try other menu items.

I was able to eat the food, but I believe I have had better Jamaican food than this. And she got the order wrong I ordered jerk chicken and oxtails the lady gave me dry jerk chicken and goat . She wanted to change it but I didn’t have time for that I had to get back to work. So I will not be going back to that restaurant 🤷🏽‍♀️

I was introduced to this restaurant by a friend and I can say that I have absolutely no regrets, the food is amazingly delicious, I’ve tried the Rasta pasta, oxtail, jerk chicken, Mac and cheese and the rice and beans and I can say that everything tastes good…… the owner Dwight oh wow he’s so kind, patient, warm and friendly he satisfied his customers need not to mentioned the atmosphere it’s clean and comfortable to dine, the Jamaican colors and even the music that’s playing when you walk in is smoothing to the ear and definitely gives a Caribbean vibes, I definitely recommend and of course I’ll keep spending my money there, my next try is their jerk crab and patty 🙂🙂
