Very bad service waitress was rude and lazy we ordered a appetizer asked for plates she bought one plate for a whiskey sampler which had shrimp jd chicken and ribs one plate how unprofessional can you be. It was 6 people 2 which split the check and she added gratuity or a service charge to the bill then she was looking for a extra tip and when I told my wife the tip was already added she gave me a evil look. No wonder this place was empty. Bad servers I been in the service for 25 years bartending and waiting tables and have had better service at Dennys. Also the watermelon margarita was horrible just a complete waste of my time . We were celebrating my granddaughter birthday. I opened a TGI Fridays in Alexandria in 2007 and if Fridays service has slipped this bad it's no wonder why they closed stores. It's like she knew the service charge was added so she got lazy

I recently visited TGI Fridays, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional, mainly due to our amazing waitress, Ashley. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Her attentiveness throughout the meal was impressive; she checked in just the right amount, making sure our drinks were always topped off and that we had everything we needed.

Ashley was also knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and answering our questions with a friendly and upbeat attitude. It's clear she genuinely cares about the customer experience, and her positive energy really added to the overall vibe of our meal.

She made sure we had a great dining experience from start to finish, and that level of service really stood out. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope to have Ashley as our server again!

I went for a pickup. My food wasn't all that good. Fries were soggy and the chicken was overcooked. Wasn't too happy with it.

The bartender during the weekday is terrific! He's attentive, the order is always accurate, and he goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. This is my new go-to lunch spot!

Worst experience ever. This is my neighborhood TGIF, it has been consistently going downhill and I’m surprised how it’s still running successfully. The manager tried to deny us our drinks even after showing him the receipt and then he still gave my boyfriend the wrong drink which we just took to not cause a problem. Please shut this TGIFS down.

These people tried to finesse us out of a drink even though we showed proof on our digital receipt and on top of that our food was just sitting while the workers were sitting down eating. Didn’t get what we asked for at all.
