“I walked into a clean friendly environment. I ordered food for the family and had a discussion with the owner. The staff was really friendly and nice as well. I watched as they cooked our food and can say they practice very safe food handling practices. When I got home we all opened our subs and began eating them. I ordered the chicken cheesesteak, let me tell you the chicken was not fried out like I have experienced with other food places and the roll was just right. “One of my favorite places to go if I'm in a hurry & want something quick. This one is located in the shopping center on Washington blvd. Which means usually you have parking but certain times of the day it can be a headache. But the service is always excellent when I come. Plus it's always multiple people working back there unlike most of the food places in the area so it provides for much better service. Today I was treated to a special surprise as I was ordering my food the gentleman preparing my sandwich shared some of his dad jokes wit me (djm I love corny things like this). It's just something bout people that go outta their way to try & brightens other's days that makes me smile. But now back to the sandwich I got the club supreme wit everything no tomatoes add chipotle mayo, bag of chips & drink combo for around $15.“

“The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Another customer, around 25 yrs old commented to us that the music was too loud.Parking: The parking lot is narrow and has constant traffic, making it difficult to get in and out.“
“I live near Catonsville where there is a large Korean influence shopping area. I have tried many of the Korean dishes but I drive over 40 miles to Anne Arundel county to get the best. And I make the drive frequently. Every effort is made by the staff to know everyone personally. Good service, great food...authentic.The BEST Kimchi!“
“Greetings!!!My name is Camille and I visited the Charley’s today for a cheesesteak sandwich at approximately 4pm. I was greeted warmly by a young man by the name of Greg. He swiftly took my order and in the interim I noticed that the establishment now has wings. I asked him has he tried the wings yet and he gave me his polite, professional opinion on the garlic Parmesan chicken wings and also even allowed me to sample the sauce! After his recommendation I decided to try the wings in addition to my usual order. I write all this to say this young man was prompt, professional and pleasant to me as a customer and deserves a 5 star rating. My food was great, hot and exact to order. “Had my first sandwich at the Charlie’s Steak at the Columbia mall. I was given a sample of the chicken steak by a guy from behind the counter and I was hooked. I know they are known for their classics cheese steak, but the chicken was on point. I got the combo which included fries, which was a generous portion, and a large soda. Everything was good quality including the service. Looking forward to trying the steak sandwich on my next trip to the mall. Highly recommend!“
“I usually don’t do reviews but I have to give this place the credit they deserve. I placed a order for cheesesteaks and fries was given a delivery time of 45 mins. My food arrived in 30 mins and I must say it was the best cheesesteak I think I ever had. The sub was huge definitely worth it. I can’t believe all the time I been in this area and I am just finding this place will definitely be my choice of sub shop from here on out.“
