Very helpful workers and a good atmosphere. When it is open, the seating area has a comfortable feeling to it and it is a welcoming place to relax and study. The seating area is currently closed due to Covid but it should probably be opening back up in the near future.
The baristas are usually friendly and helpful. My issues are at times, our drinks that we order have been incorrect. The most recent issue we had, they have been completely out of sandwiches by noon. Not sure if their shipments are off or they are not ordering properly, but this has happened the past 2 weekends.
It's alright. Most of the staff are friendly but some aren't. My biggest complaint is that it's not first that they're not with the corporation so any coupons or promos you have are mute there.
