I ordered from here today and came 30 minutes to try there calamansi cooler again and it tasted like watered down limewater.. very disappointed couldnāt even get a refund because I was already far out.

Just as many have said, this place use to be good. I had to ask the workers what happened? Did it come under new management? She told me the owners gave the business to their kids and they rebranded it smh...Bad idea!!! Its gone completely down hill smh. Now they have smelly overpriced burgers, drinks that way too sweet, and youngins pretty much running the store.

This was a good place but now itās terrible I got cherry blossoms milk tea is my favorite drink I always get but today I got it it tasted horrible taste like water with milk not sweet and the boba brown sugar one was little hard

I canāt lie, this place was amazing before this whole new burger stuff collaborated with auntea boba (back when it was gigiās kitchen and etc) but now itās so bad. the drinks are horrible, they never add ice and itās overly way too sweet than before, and if that didnāt make it bad, the customer service sucks now. Back then the little old asian lady that worked there, it was amazing she was so sweet. but now my friend ordered some pork rinds and it took them 20-25 minutes to give it to us(they were on the shelf behind the counter and there was little to no line.)they didnāt even realize till we asked one of the cooks that we were missing them, expecting better quality. this place sucks now.

The food wasnāt greatāperhaps the boba tea was decentābut I ordered the wagyu smash burgers based on a recommendation, and I was disappointed. They were small, lacked flavor, and were overpriced.
The workers here are so nice but every time I come to this restaurant, I always donāt receive the Boba I pay extra for.

Not entirely sure what happened to this location but it definitely lost its spark. What was once a sweet and refreshing place to visit (I visit family in the area) now feels abandoned and or confused as how to market themselves anymore. Pretty disappointed. This new collab with Double Up Burger and their low quality logo. Iām convinced itās all ātrying to make something out of nothingā. Nonetheless, the drink was Okay and not great. This isnāt a negative comment but a constructive one.
