Incredibly unprofessional! I reached out in late October/early November to receive a quote. It took weeks for Joanne to call back and when she did call, she was rude. I attempted to explain the nature of my event to her and when asked about a budget, she ridiculed the amount I gave her. Instead of discussing what I wanted, she simply said she’d draft up a proposal and get back to me. Needless to say it’s a month and a half later and never heard back from her. I guess she thought she wouldn’t have made enough money from us so our business wouldn’t be good enough.
