Great place with good food. Sometimes, there is a wait, but the food is worth it.
Good fried chicken, biscuits and sides, a step up from the fast food chains. Even for a quick, counter service restaurant, the service was not good. The order taker was terse, shouting out order numbers, our order was incorrect and we had to ask for cutlery and condiments. Loved putting butter on my cold (by that time) biscuit with a plastic fork, all we could get. This restaurant is not too old and online pics look nice but it has not been well maintained or cleaned.

The Customer Service and food quality was exceptional...
Drove by this spot several times, I finally went in and enjoyed some of the BEST salmon EVER, mac & cheese and spinach & green beans paired perfectly. Looking forward to returning next time I’m in town.

The wings are way too salty and the mac and cheese is gritty and sour.I ordered from the Fort Washington location and they did not pack my full order. I live 20 minutes away so I tried to call to get a credit. I reached a a call center and they said they couldn't help me. They transferred me to the location a few times and I kept getting a full voicemail. I even tried to get the location the next day and same thing. An establishment you can't teach by phone is unacceptable.
