I forgot who made the pizza but I went around Sunday at 2:20 pm. The food was piping hot well seasoned and delicious! Best pizza I’ve had in a while. The pizza makers on shift today were on point!!! Keep them on the schedule! The delivery drivers I saw were both moving with a sense of urgency but still took time to hold the door and speak. I like the people that were on today, it’ll make me come back

Awesome Food! Dominos has really stepped up their game. This location (Ft. Washington, Md is Busy but most times customer service is on point. I get it. Young folks get stressed easily but at least these young ones are fighting! šŸ‘ŠšŸ¾ Still room for improvement but they’re moving up and keeping it pushing!!!!

my last experience with them was horrible. waited 2+ hours after ordering my food, the food never came but was marked as ā€œdeliveredā€ in the app. i had to drive to the store in person because even after calling 10+ times, no one picked up the phone. after i arrived at the store and walked inside, i called their phone again to see why no one was picking up. their phone rang as i was calling it and no employee went to pick it up. when someone came to the counter to help me, they told me that the driver had already left with my food, but again, they never showed up, so maybe the driver took the food for themselves? idk. i had already tipped the driver online and didn’t get a refund of what i tipped them. i just waited 20 minutes at the store for them to remake my food. overall horrible experience. unfortunately, the few times i’ve ordered from them since haven’t been much better. i wanted to give them another chance since even just a couple years ago, they were great! they were fast, answered the phones, and i always got my food in a timely manner, but unfortunately something has changed and i never get good or fast service from them at all. hopefully i can find another dominos to deliver to me because this one won’t be getting my service anymore.

Absolutely horrible experience whether delivering or picking up, they just can't get it together.
Update: 8 /2025 - two years later and they still have horrible customer service! Trying to submit feedback on the app doesn't work either! They literally FORCE you to write a positive comment. They are the worst!

If I could give them a negative five stars I would. So I placed an order for my daughter online because she wanted pizza and wings. She never received her order and when I called the store, their driver Niyah was very rude telling me how she personally delivered the food which I know is a lie because not only was my daughter on the porch her father was looking at the cameras. She hung up, so when I called back to speak to a manager, I spoke to some young lady who claimed they didn’t have a corporate number, but she was the manager on duty. I explained to her what was going on, and she claim she would handle it and try to rectify the situation by remaking the order, but I needed to confirm that my daughter stepmom was going to come and pick the food up. I hung up the phone and called my daughter stepmom who confirmed that she would come pick the food up when I called back the person who sounded like Niyah answer and hung up on me when I asked for the store manager . Then when I called back a gentleman answered the phone who instructed me since my order was canceled and my money would be refunded to me within 48 to 72 hours I would have to place another order in order for my baby to get her food. He also told me that the corporate number was 1 800 Domino’s, but I thought they didn’t have one. I’ve already made a claim and now I’m writing a review not to go to that store, they are very shitty people.

I ordered a pizza with Dominos at 6;30pm and it left the store at 7;30 pm. I didn't get it until 9:00pm. It's been on the toad for over an hour and a half. It came cold and congealed. It was horrible. Trying to contact the store was impossible!

Ordered the special any pizza and toppings for $9.99. I ordered thin crust chicken and bacon pizza with green peppers and onions. As you can see there’s barely no toppings 3 pieces of chicken and bacon on whole pizza. Only a cheese pizza šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø Very disappointing. Next time I will definitely check pizza normally they get order correct but NOT today. Such a waste of time and money
