Food was delicious, delivered quickly. Staff was friendly. A wonderful mix of flavors. I had Mexican coke, fries, double wagyu burger and lumpia. All were fresh and tasty. Recommend to try it out if you have time.

I come here often. So often I rack up points. Today I wasn't able to use my points or receive additional points because the cashier didn't know how it worked. Usually they just ask me for my cellphone number and viola!! However, today it was not so In the present climate these little incentives matter to me. Otherwise, they are always courteous, nice, welcoming and professional. The food is good and I appreciate that they keep my snacks replenished (The homemade pork skins). Hopefully next time, I'll be able to use my points.

Double Up Burgers blew me away! It was my first time visiting (I’m not originally from the DMV), and I’m so glad we went. The burgers were insanely good, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Their brisket fries were just as amazing, and the Big Back sauce? Total game-changer.
My husband tried the Wagyu Burger, which I believe uses a premium cut of meat, and he loved it so much he wished he’d ordered two. If you haven’t tried Double Up yet, do yourself a favor and go. You won’t regret it!
They also have boba tea, which isn’t really my thing but our daughter loves it. She was so excited to get one, and now she’s already looking forward to going back just to try more flavors. We’re definitely planning to visit again!
This burger here will make you never want to go any other place else to get one do yourself a favor and get one ASAP

This place not only cheated me once, but twice. They cheated me out of my food and their offers. On DoorDash, I bought one Burger Wagyu Burger Smash and was supposed to get another one free, but that's not what they did. They gave me a burger and a mini half burger for $33. However, they did give me a large serving of french fries. I think they should do the right thing and stop cheating their customers. $33 is a lot of money for two burgers, especially when you're only getting one and a half.

I’m from out of town visiting family and i was talking to a guy name Ryan he gave me excellent customer service i told him i was from out of town from New York City and he told me he was from California we had a great conversation and he suggested i try a chopped cheese it was amazingly delicious I’m goin have to make another stop before i leave to go back home

This is my 2nd time at this restaurant and always find empty hand soap in the restroom and empty hand sanitizer bottle on the counter. Wagyu Double burger was dry and small in size for $18. Regular smash burger double is better.
