I was so hungry, and I found a vegetarian restaurant on my way, I thought it was a good option to have some there . I ordered shrimp with rice, corns, broccoli and chickpeas was bad decision because The corn and checkpeas were old. I couldn’t try another options

So.....I won't be returning here again. Went back today for the second time in less than a month. The first time I went, I had to call out to a worker to serve me. No one was at the front. I had heard good reviews about their citrus salmon bowl and wanted to try it out. The food was delicious, but the environment, while aesthetically pleasing, was not warm and inviting.
Today, I walk in...same thing happens. I had to call out to a server. She walks out to the front with this irritated look like I was interrupting her. I asked her for the same salad. She tells me she is making it now and it will take 10 to 15 minutes.
If this is a popular dish, why isn't it already prepared and ready to go. It's 1:20pm.
Another customer walks in, he has to call to her multiple times so that he can pick up his order. When she finally emerges, she has an attitude and shoves the bag to him. The man looks at her in disbelief and walks out.
That interaction was enough to make me leave. Please do better. Also, why are cleaning products hanging on the door?
For the amount of money customers spend here, I expect better customer service.
I ended up going to Silvestre's Chicken. The service was like night and day. They were attentive and earned my business.

The salad was very good. The service was unmatched and the atmosphere was great. Can’t complain. The only thing is after the third topping, you get charged. The chicken is free though. Reggie made my first experience here very welcoming. Very good energy and customer service. The seared shrimp was very seasoned as well as the chicken. I added carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions. It was also a half crunchy kale and brown rice bowl.

I love the Crispy Shrimp salad. I'm not a fan of pickled veggies (besides pickles) but they have made me a fan of their pickled onions. It goes perfect with the citrus salad dressing! I do see an opportunity for Greenbar to start a line of healthy salad dressings.
I love supporting Black owned businesses, the customer service fell short but they sprung into action. There were some key ingredients that I usually put on my salad missing today. Also I ordered the steamed shrimp and that was the biggest mistake I have ever made. They only give you 4 shrimps for 4 dollars. I ordered two servings because I truly enjoy shrimp. But I must say these shrimps were Imedible. They were so hard and rubbery like they were cooked over and over again on high heat. I paid $24 dollars for this salad, and I could not eat the protein. This is shameful.

It is 103 degrees outside. I just spent $42 on two salad bowls (way too expensive, but it was delicious, so I will let it slide). I also purchased a drink because it is hot out, and I am parched.
Upon finishing my meal, I was still thirsty... because again... 103 degrees outside. I asked for tap water and was REFUSED.i had to buy another $3 italian soda as the ONLY drink option.
Do better. Disgusted. I expect better service for a customer who bought a $40 lunch.

The corn is just yellow corn similar to canned corn, without anything added. Try creating something with seasoning or having grilled/roasted corn. Plain yellow corn for salads isn’t a popular option. The tomatoes are chopped really large. It’s a weird size compared to the rest of the veggies. Little details like this do make a difference in my opinion. The ceasar dressing was good.The menu: The menu is in an awkward place and you don’t notice it, so customers will assume you don’t have any already created salad options. Once I did find the menu, nothing on it stood out to me. These could be revamped.
