Had a turkey/provolone sub delivered. My first sub was on the traditional white roll at a seminar. I opted for the wheat roll on this order. The white has better texture, and it tastes and holds up better. The wheat was light, spongey, and reminded me of a rice cake—mostly air, no flavor; and began to fall apart while I was eating. I still enjoyed the flavor (fresh ingredients; good seasoning), but I have to give points to the one made with the white roll, which as far as texture and flavor, is closer to a traditional sub, and better able to absorb the moisture from the toppings and condiments.

The facility was clean, the music was a vibe, the Juneteenth morning crowd up until 2pm was amazing! They were professional enthusiastic, and helpful! I will be back!

Really like jersey mikes subs but the last multiple times I’ve ordered takeout thru the app they’ve messed the order up. Either incorrect toppings or just a completely different sandwich all together. Would not recommend mobile ordering which is a bummer since they can have long in person lines at busy times

Horrible customer service!! Racist employees, especially Tiffany. Very rude! She needs to find a job that she is not gonna deal with people. Will never come back to this location. Why they acting like you owe them something. Please, Jersey Mikes do something.

Beverages from the unsweetened tea to the lemonade and the sprite substitute were all substandard. You all charge too dam much for the drink sizes for your customers to be completely dissatisfied and ignored when spoken on. Oh and why don’t you all offer sesame seeded bread??

I consider myself a fair and just person who exercises a level of patience and understanding when it comes to customer service. Tonight was my third time patronizing this establishment and I must say it is by far the worse Jersey Mike's I've ever patronized and it needs to be revamped from top to bottom starting with the ownership and management. I say the ownership first because an organization's reputation and performance are indicative of it's leadership or lack of, their ability to employ good management and even better employees. Those who come to work to work, set the tone for a good working environment, and are inspired and motivated to provide quality customer service. They pay attention to detail, perform with a level of pride, dignity and urgency and know that they are in the "service" business.
I'll provide one of three examples of which tonight "broke the straw". My wife placed our order at 6:30 p.m.. We received notification that it would be ready for pick up at 7:01 p.m.. I arrived for pick up at 7:02 p.m. and did not receive my order until 7:40 p.m.. This is the third time I've waited for more than 30 minutes for an order after placing it in advance. I understand things get backed up and it gets crowded, but there were only three customers in the establishment and the three employees including who I assume was the manager lacked focus, energy and customer service. They moved at a snails pace, lacked communication and engagement with customers and offered no apology or concern regarding the long wait time. To add insult to injury, I drove 15 minutes to my home to discover that my sandwich was made totally wrong. This wasn't a first time occurrence and after reading some of the reviews it appears to be an "accepted norm", which is sad.

food is good but their employee Tiffany is rude and disgusting. without me saying a word she asked me " what do you want.." with a rude look on her face. What kind of customer service is that? where is the manager?? what kind of training is she getting? and on top of that she looked 50 plus years old acting like a teenager. I turned around and walked right out. as I was walking out I heard her then yell at the customer behind me about how she made more money then them! what is going on with that lady smh. Jersey Mikes needs to get it together she is shooing customers away! terrible customer service!

Customer service was great! They all are very respectful and patient when you’re deciding what you want. One of the people working there whose name is Tiffany is a blessing! This is my favorite place to go for sandwiches.
