Something is usually going to go wrong at this location. Workers are polite, but out of several orders I’ve only walked out of the store with a correct order one time. Last trip the worker did not greet me at the register for my online pickup. She yelled from the back of the store “you picking up” I yelled my name and she exclaimed “that’s it right there” referring to my bag. Not as bad as the Waldorf location but definitely not issue free like the majority of Jersey Mikes I’ve been to.

Watch them fix your food! Went there and saw a young lady sweeping the floor with gloves on, then had the ordasity to try and fix my sandwich with those same gloves and never washed her hands. When I complained she acted like I was wrong and had a problem. I used to love their sandwiches until now. Reported it to Corporate and they never followed up. Cleanliness is not their priority or motto. Beware!

Pleasant environment. Courteous employees. I usually don't like Philly subs but I tried it...DELICIOUS! Flavorful and the bread remained crispy - not hard. The meat is freshly cut everyday. I went back the next day to oder the same sub!
