I spoke to the manager explain my issue and she said there’s nothing they can do. My pizza is super thin like a pita chip and was supposed to be regularly baked but this looks like well done or crispy. I tried to see if she could give me a credit for next time but she said there’s nothing they can do. Terrible customer service, I stayed on hold trying to explain the situation for 14 minutes. She kept putting me on hold since she’s working by herself.l, just to say the same thing. No help. I’m only buying at oxon hill or other locations from now on. She said that’s how there pizza is. They always roll thin.

Grateful for this Ledo’s pizza. They are straight forward if you know Ledo’s, I’ve always been pleased with my food from this location. Most people do “take out”here.
Order a meat lover pizza today, and it was paper thin and little bits of meats. I called and spoke to the manager, and she stated to return pizza, and she would remake it. I explained that I could take a photo because I had to go to work. She refused to even accept the photo of the paper thin pizza and wouldn't even accommodate me for another day. She stated pizza had to be returned today. Otherwise, nothing she could do. Poor customer service

The current ongoing deal is the $6 calzone on Tuesdays. I have frequented many different Ledo's for this special and for other menu selections, but visited this location for the 1st time on this particular Tuesday the indulge in the special. I called ahead and went to pick up the order. I'm so glad that he opened the box to show me the food before i left the establishment. I wish I would have seen the food before I paid for my order. This calzone was FLAT. It more so resembled a cracker or a flatbread that what should have been a calzone full of the toppings of my choice. I brought to his attention that the inside seems to be missing. I asked for another, with the proper amount of filling, and for it to be remade-- maybe there was a mistake. He said he could remake it, but it would be the exact same. So I got a refund and went about my merry way. I will not be back. Thank you but no than you.

I ate pizza from here and it made me sick. I believe I had food poisoning. I called to inquire about my order and to tell them the pizza made me sick and I received the worst customer service. I was not rude, did not ask for a refund, so I could not understand his frustration. I just asked a few questions about the pizza. The man told me he did not have time for this and hung up the phone. I called back a few times and he continued to hang up on me.

I’m a food critic I must have been to at least 16 Ledo’s Pizza in the surrounding DMV area. Being a food critic allows me to compare the food to the picture advertised. All pass with a grade A+ rating but one Ledo’s Pizza did very very very poorly on the artichoke chicken brochette and there steak and cheese sandwiches, possibly there pizza. That’s the Ledo in Fort Washington MD. located in the shopping center where the Safeway grocery store is located and Dollar Tree. I know it’s hard times for everyone. But, you do not cheat the public out of there money and serve less toppings on there food. My brochette on 3 of the bread had 1 small piece of chicken the 4th piece had 2 pieces. The artichokes was barely on the 4 breads. Barely any mayo and cheese. The reason I didn’t bring it back my son pick it up for me we live 30 miles away. When he got home I was like why is the box so light. I said OMG!! What in hell blazing is this. You see I’ve been to at least 16 Ledo’s all over the DMV from up in Baltimore to Columbia Md, a quite a few in VA and DC. When you try there Chicken Artichoke Brochette the box is really heavy. I was in Silver Spring 4 days ago I order the same thing and it was perfect. The Ledo’s stores I went to, there brochettes really look like the picture that’s advertised. Not this Ledo’s in Fort Washington very very very disappointing. I grade them a F for failing the public. I just read a lot of you all reviews. This particular location needs to closed down for poor service. If zero was an option, I would give it to them!! The worst customer service ever!!! I order lasagna, it had no meat, it was cheese and tomato sauce, it wasn’t the nastiest lasagna I have ever tasted. Then I called back politely, and said it doesn’t taste right, after spending $22 dollars, can I exchange it for something else! They said no and started screaming at me!!! This is America, I go out and eat all the time, usually if you don’t like something, they will offer you something else in exchange, I didn’t want my money back, I just wanted a meal I could eat!! Me and boyfriend ordered a calzone, medium pizza and an order of the bacon cheese fries. Calzone and pizza were delicious no complaints. The bacon cheese fries were the issue. They had an aftertaste of almost metallic/ aluminum they were cooked in the aluminum container and the particles were rubbing off on the french fries. As natural, i called the place. Spoke to 3 people before they put me to the female “manager”. She continued to tell me the food was FINE and that she even ordered it for lunch and the fries were fine. She told me it was “just me” that was feeling this way. Almost drove myself BACK in town to make her eat one of the tin fries that they served us. I eventually hung up after she told me “maybe you’re not feeling well”. I will NEVER eat at this place and will advise everyone else not to eat here either. Customer service was a joke.

I picked up a regular cheese pizza for my daughter and was highly disappointed. Idk if they fail to use yeast in their dough but it was legitimately paper thin. The corners are crispy as hell you can break them in half with your hands. I will never come back to this location again.
