Luming's offers delicious, authentic Filipino food! The chicken and pork BBQ, pancit, vegetable lumpia and turon were all amazing! We are from out of town so weren't able to sample everything, but can only imagine the other dishes must be just as good. We tried a few different Filipino restaurants in the area and the others were more fusion than true Filipino, making Luming's our absolute favorite! The service was great, as well. The young Filipinas working with on a Sunday were upbeat, helpful and efficient. There was a steady stream of customers coming in and they provided great customer service all around. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the DC area.

Luming’s serves traditional Filipino food, down-to-earth home cooking, nothing fancy. Here you’ll find the classics like pancit, lumpia, dinuguan, among others. The place, with its bright yellow walls, even makes you feel like you’re in somebody’s home. A combo meal with 3 dishes and rice is $12.99, plus tax. They also sell sweets and snacks to take home.

Food: we had stopped by once before and I purchased some lechón which was good, not the best I've had but good. Today we tried their combo. Combo1: rice , sweet pork and beef. I really liked the pork and beef. They were both well seasoned and a on the sweet side , very rich. The rice was good. Def would try this again. Combo 2: rice, sausage and chicken adobo. I really liked the sausage again it was also on the sweet side but really yummy. Chicken adobo was rich and well seasoned not salty and I enjoyed the gravy. Dessert: Flan was actually good. I like mine a bit creamier but still a good flan. Service: we stopped by early like around noon and the girls behind the counter were very friendly and answered all our questions since it was our first time there. Ambiance : it's always chilled here. The building is like a small family house and it has that feel when you walk in. They have cozy seating areas if you want to eat in. Overall great experience. I'd return.

They good here is the best!!! We love the BBQ sticks and the pancit. I normally order the pork stew and beef stew.

The food was very delicious. The only complaints I have is that my chicken pancit only had 2 small pieces of chicken in it, the adobo was so flavorful but I wish there were less bones more bones than meat and also they only offer small and large order of lumpia. The small comes with 21 pieces. It would be lovely if they made a smaller order or sold them by the piece because 21 pieces for one person is definitely a lot. But I will definitely be visiting again to try a different dish. Highly recommend.

Wow! I'm so glad this place came up on my Yelp feed while in the area. The restaurant is in the cutest building, an old house with plenty of parking. The food is already cooked so you can choose what you want behind the glass. The chicken adobo was the BEST I've ever had in my life! Even better than my mom's. They must have made it fresh, the chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce was simply divine. Soak it up with rice! BBQ skewers, menudo and calderetta were also clear winners. They also had meals-to-go in refrigerated containers to heat at home like palabok and sisig. Too bad it's about an hour drive but it would be worth it just for the flavors alone. FIVE stars!

Maybe it is more authentic but I wasn't too impressed with anything . One of my Filipino colleagues recommended it. So far my favorite in the area is purple patch Food we tried: Pancit: good BBQ chicken: good Lumpia: ok Chicken adobo: meh Rice: mushy Pork mercado: bland Fried milkfish: good Cantaloupe juice: bad Pandan jelly with coconut:good Cassava with coconut: bad You go to the counter and pick what you want. It's not all you can eat. They have a ten dollar credit card minimum, serve in paper plates, they don't give tap water. The person who helped me the most was another customer who was able to explain what things were. The girl who's serving doesn't have the best command of English but also didn't seem too interested in describing what things were and there are no labels for you to even figure it out yourself. Lots of free parking in the lot. They have a bathroom in the back which is clean. Ambiance is very sparse Glad I tried it but I don't have anything compelling to have me drive back out here again.

I was truly impressed by the authenticity of the food, ambiance, and service at this Filipino restaurant - they absolutely nailed it! It felt as though I had been magically transported to the Philippines. The atmosphere here is reminiscent of visiting a relative's home for a warm and festive celebration. As I walked in, I was delighted to hear patrons in line singing Filipino songs, which added to the wonderful atmosphere. The food was delicious and on point. I was completely floored by my experience and can't wait to return for more!
