This location recently remodeled so I had high hopes. The customer service from Eduardo was outstanding. The restaurant had overflowing trash cans. They did not have menu item nor a sign board behind the register to show what's on the menu. Our order was delivered with items missing. This location needs some work.

11:00 pm on Saturday November 23rd. Guy on drive thru first window was very rude and dismissive—cut me off while I was putting in my offer then rolled his eyes when I got to the window and tried to add the item that got cut off. This is why Chic Fil A is doing better than McDonald’s more and more these days.

The lady who took my order (ks#2) made several mistakes. I talked to the manager about it. They both came back to me and told me the order was submitted. They spoke to me in a very disrespectable and belittling way. The manager treated me like I was beneath her. All I asked for was for them to redo my order in a Christian respectful manner.

I waited more than half an hour in drive thru #1, seeing that I was there, no one was worthy of asking about my order and I went in to ask what was happening with my order and they came out that they had not made it.

This location is the newly built version. Throughout the 80's & 90's the Friendly community has loved and supported this location. The iconic Golden Arches is a stable for all of America.
Well I had a good experience today around 4:00 pm. Drive-thru moved quickly, staff were nice, and my order was perfect. Can't ask for more than that :)

This by far is the worst and I absolutely mean the worst McDonald's in McDonald's history. Stay away from this place. Food is ALWAYS cold, hard, and disgusting. The management sucks and the employees are horrible! Stay away. You've been warned! If I could give -5 stars I would.

I'm not one to give anyone a bad review, because I always think about people's work, but today I arrived at this place, there was a lady in a cash register with short black hair and glasses, she didn't even answer my greeting when I arrived, I wanted to order and he never paid attention to serving me, I was solving something at the cashier, but if the customer arrives you have to serve him, then I asked another worker who was in the kitchen area (she was very friendly) she told him if she could take my order and The other said she couldn't take my order because she was closing the register... with an attitude as if she was doing her job for free.
