This is the most randomly closed McDonald’s ever. They must make up their own hours depending on how they’re feeling. There is 1 lady on the overnight shift that is on top of things but if she’s not there, good luck.

Don't advertise as being open 24hrs and your not. Told me they're preparing for breakfast so they are not open. Turned away multiple cars between 3am and now. I ordered on the app and can't get any food before going to work.

Don’t waste ur time at this McDonald’s and go to another location, it will take the same time to get ur food cause of how long you’ll wait here. 10-20 mins for one item order.
1. A customer ahead of me ordered medium coffee and waited 5 mins?! He said that he wanted a refund. And they wouldn’t even refund him $2 coffee to wait because they suddenly made a coffee in front of him so they don’t refund. Why don’t you do that first before making him wait 5 mins?
2. I ordered a cheeseburger and waited for 15 MINUTES?!!!! How is that even possible. I saw a staff eating behind the counter WHILE cooking our burgers. Unprofessionally and unhygienic? Is that even food safety standard?? I told the staff and they’re like ok. Didn’t even give a damn about it
3. I told them I’m still waiting for a cheeseburger, and he’s like “I don’t see ur order, but here”? My order number was on the screen. So he couldn’t even give me my burger unless I asked for it and made me wait 15 mins?
GET NEW STAFF FOR THE SAKE OF UR BRAND! This looks like a new location and it’s the worst out of 30 years of my life.
There was a huge group of people waiting and most of their orders is just 1-2 items?!

This McDonalds is particularly bad. I’ve ordered here three times and they get my order wrong. It might not matter to the workers, but it’s my money and time that’s being wasted. The last time I ordered, they didn’t give me two large fries and I drove back to get them. The man at the counter very nicely accommodated me. This time I ask for a Medium Iced Macchiato and they give me a small caramel coffee. You it might not be this particular restaurants fault either - it might be the app and its lack of good communication to the restaurant. But regardless, one star for a billion dollar company for stealing my money and wasting my time.

I don't usually do drive thrus but they were quick and efficient. Better monitoring of food temperature is needed. Fries were lukewarm.
