Service was terrible, I waited for 20 minutes at curbside pickup #8 but no one came. I went to the drive thru and they had an attitude saying curbside was closed. They gave me cold food and coffee and the receipt on the bag said curbside #8. I demanded a refund and had to wait another 10 minutes. Meanwhile everyone behind me was waiting and I offered to pull up but they told me not to. Never going back there.

If I could give a zero I absolutely would. Driving home and it’s 10:15. The inside area isn’t closed until 11pm. There’s a worker sitting down on his phone and he sees me banging on the locked door to be let in. He’s shaking his head no while I’m telling him I have two young kids (6 and 8) who seriously need to urinate. We had a 15 minute drive to get to our house. After banging on the door and glass window hard repeatedly, a manager comes to the front and the guy that was sitting down walks behind him. The manager tells me there’s “no one working in the front”, which must be a common thing here since the doors seems to always be locked around 10. However, if that’s the case, then change the time of the inside dining hours. Anywho, I tell the manager that I have these two kids, my younger in tears, because we stood there practically begging to be let in. It took me telling him that the sign says his inside hours ending at 11, and at this point it’s now 10:22pm so the doors shouldn’t be locked regardless. We finally were able to get the kids to use the bathroom. This establishment seriously needs to work on their customer service. My son has autism, seizures, which has affected him and caused bathroom issues, so it’s taken a long time to get him to use the bathroom at a decent moment and not urinating on himself. People need to be more considerate when on the job instead of sitting in the front on their phones. I’ve worked in customer service a long time, including in an establishment where there’s dining. Treat people how you would want your own children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, etc. to be treated!

This McDonald's drive thru design is horrid. When it's full, it's like a snake eating it's tail - there's no way out! You must check your order at the window. No napkins, ask for straws and check your sauces request. Food is standard McDonalds, but sometimes it's so cold that the cheese hasn't even thought about melting yet.

Probably the worst Mc Donalds in the 20 mile range, service does not deserve a one star, they are rude and don't even understand English. They have the sodas sitting on the counter several minutes before you receive it so they are watered down and they refuse to give you a refill when trying to explain to them ice has melted watered down. Burger was half way open in side the bag not wrapped properly.

This is my favorite McDonald’s to go to. I’ve NEVER had an issue coming here. Other McDonald’s always mess up my food but not this one. My fries are always fresh and I don’t even have to ask for them to be cooked to order. The staff is also very friendly.

The 2 young men working there this morning at around 2:30 are friendly and courteous. That was the best McDonald's double cheeseburger and fries that I have had in YEARS. Thank you for making this tired nurse's day.
