Ordered through app. Took about 7-8 minutes to get there. Surprised I had to wait another 5-6 minutes or so for chicken nugget happy meal and a quarter pounder with fries and drink. Not a big order and it didn't seem to be that crowded.

I went to the drive through on my way to work. I always get 2 addition sausage egg McMuffins. Instead they gave me 2 sausage McMuffins instead as my additional sandwiches. Then when I called they never picked up.

One of the WORST MCDONALDS EVER! First of you would go around 1 am and up they would always be closed even though it’s a 24 hours McDonald’s and all I got was an apology! Today I go and order a ShamRock McFlurry and I get a regular Oreo McFlurry and not to mention the cup was not filled up all the way. They didn’t give me the regular straw that comes with the McFlurry so all the Oreo was just dumped on top making a big spill when I was mixing it together I find just regular vanilla ice cream! This is ridiculous! They’re number one for messing up ordered! Like who is the manager in this store? It’s almost never a good experience here! If they had the option I would not give not one star to this place! It’s so frustrating because you go expecting to get what you order!

I ordered a filet o fish sandwich with extra tarter sauce and I received a hard and overcooked sandwich with no tarter sauce. I also ordered 2 drinks and nuggets and did not receive my sauce or straws for my drinks. I don't expect 5 star service from McDonald's but yall are slacking at providing the most basic requests. Do better!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Yall are LAZY and struggle with following an ITEMIZED order! When the order calls for 3 breakfast sandwiches and it comes with ONE....the problem is you. Will NEVER order from this location again.
I live around and visit this location often but I am so unhappy with the customer service now.Especially of the Jose.He was very unfriendly,it looks like we come to his house and ask for breakfast.Also,he charged us for hot water what we needed to warming the juice for our kid because the juice was cold.We didn’t get any forks for breakfast,and again,when we asked him for that he looked at us like we ask him to give us the money)))) I have no idea how you guys hire those people but it’s so sad when you came in good disposition and get so bad attitude from the customer service.The food was great,it’s only one point I don’t live the zero stars.

one time, i ordered a mocha frappe and it tasted like it had bananas in it… another time, i ordered a large fries, i was starving.. went back home, and took the fries out of the bag, and saw that it was a small.. tried calling them.. no answer..

Got in the drive thru line an ordered two hot fudge sundays. No hint of a problem at that time. Place was busy, so by the time I drove to the first window (pay window) there are two cars behind me and a few in front of me. Person at the window informs me they can not make Sundays tonight, and suggests two chocolate shakes. I agree and pay with a credit card. Next I pull up to the window to pick up my order. Now there are more cars behind me and still a couple of cars in front of me. Person at the window informs me that the ice cream machine is broken. Requested refund. Took a manager to get it done.

I dropped by this McDonalds around 10pm on Nov 2, 2023 and got a combo by drive through, but my burger was completely soaked in grease and the inside of the burger was a disgusting pink color and mushy texture (undercooked).I contacted McDonalds through their support channel on their app, which said they forwarded my case to the store directly, which never reached out to me, so I’m posting this review here for others to be aware: avoid this McDonalds.
