Panera Bread

It's officially over. My long-overdue breakup with Panera has begun. Twelve bucks for a single bowl of bacon mac and cheese. I know things are overpriced everywhere, but Panera was overcharging for their stuff long before this recent spate of hyperinflation. So this is just insult added to an old, constantly reopened injury... like returning over and over again to an abuser because it hurts so good. I'm over it. Panera and I are finished

Love, love, love the garden avo and pecan braid! Yeah! I had pre ordered on line for drive thru but waited in line at drive thru too long. I think prepaid on line orders should not have to wait like that. Food is terrific!

Drive through... Don't. Go inside.
Not the friendliest group of folks but they have improved.
I get the wrong food most of the time in the drive through... Just go inside....

I ordered avocado toast and 2 fruit cups and what I got was not what I expected. The avocado had a bitter taste to it, and it was smashed as if it was old. When I took it back, the manager couldn’t understand why I didn’t like it. Then she made a statement that she liked it, then you eat it. It was sooooo nasty. And the fruit was not ripe. It was so hard. I will not order from here again.

I walked in this panera to get bread, a lady up front took my order I told them what i wanted and then she asked me “what’s my phone number” I told the lady my phone number and after like more than 5 times telling her, get my receipt then i proceeded to wait for like 20 minutes for my order, there were no costumers in line until a man behind me ordered and got his food before I did. I went to ask the another lady in the front cause the girl who took my order was doing something else, i asked she said 3 minutes after time has passed, still nothing until the manger spotted that i was the only person who didn’t receive my order until i finally got my order, this establishment sucks and they need to work on it.

I’m motivated to leave review because I ordered on app, and customized the heck outta my sandwich. They did awesome and it is my new fave sandwich.
I usually get drinks here, and lunch, always great quality. This is one of my favorite Panera locations to work during the day when not at home. Majority of the staff is phenomenal and polite, managers are great too. Ran like a nice computer cafe.

I come here all. the. time. BUT its nothing for them to take 25 mins to make a bagel. Just about every single time they tell the app that its ready. Just for it to come out 10 minutes after. The women that work there are really nice though.

I never been so disgusted in my life. I bought a salad to go as always and put my own salmon in it at home…. As I got to the bottom of my salad there was a huge black hard feather in my salad!! I pulled it out my mouth and couldn’t believe what it was!!! I’m NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!!

Came to this location because I needed a baguette, and somehow this store thinks it's perfectly acceptable to have flies all over the baked goods sitting out. Staff saw my reaction when the flies scattered everywhere when they reached for my muffie and not a single word was said. The muffie was packaged and handed to me. There are commercial products to attract these flies away from the food. This is a health hazard waiting to happen. Zoom in a little in my pic and you'll see 3 flies. 1 on the white tray and two on the cookie. Imagine this times 10.
