I ordered chicken wild rice soup and they gave me a bowl of liquid with nothing in it I was more than disappointed as I stupidly upgraded my pick 2 to a bowl. I expected soo much more by it being new ?

Souffle are the worst ever lately. When they 1st opened the Souffle were normal but now they are flat like pancakes. Forcing us to buy elsewhere. This happened on 2 separated orders a few weeks apart.

Yes this place is new but I when last dec 28 2023 at 8:40 pm I order asian chicken salad a whole and pick 2 with Asian chicken salad but there's no chicken in both salad and I took a picture and show to the manager he said I should go the next day for 2 days after and kinda have an attitude even the some of the crew have a facial attitude I love panera but like this kinda stuff they can't help you with this problem in the future they gonna to do it in the other custome.
