My order was fresh and they even gave me extra sauce on the side. I order from them several times a month and most everytime I'm happy with my order and if there ever is a problem they fix it asap.which was only one time long ago.
Had an issue but they fixes it. After all the pizza was delicious ?

The pizza I ordered last night... Thanksgiving Eve....I order the epic stuffed crust. 2 large ?. The crust was full of DOUGH. I SHOULD'VE ordered the pizza WELL DONE. I WAS MAD. BUT THE PEPPERONI WAS delicious. The pizza was nice and cheesy. 2 large pepperoni pizza For 50 bucks, I don't wanna ever have that problem again. I could've went to pizza bolis. Still good only the crust was doughy. Mad but, whatever. Service was speedy though. Should've taken a picture

This is the 3rd time Poppa John at this location has done our order wrong. The first time we ordered delivery the driver messed up our door camera to where the video couldn’t catch his face and took off with one of our pizzas. The second time it was during the day time with no toppings on our pizza. The 3rd time is tonight when we ordered a large pizza and they gave us a medium in a large box.

They change prices advertised on the website to a higher price when you pick up the pizza. I complained to the manager with no results. He said he would call me back, no response. My time is worth more than the back and forth with this establishment. Avoid the stress, stay away from this place

I order from here time to time because it's close to my house and every time they never get my wings cooked correctly. On the website it gives you the option of well done chicken but they seem to undercook it even more than the original. I can still see the pores on the chicken skin and I'm pretty sure it's not cooked all the way through. What's the point in asking if I want it well done if it's going to come raw anyways. 0/10 do not recommend.
Walked in the door and there was a roach on it's back right at the entrance. You don't want to eat here
