Pizza was just dropped off and left outside my door no one rang the doorbell and ants had decided to have a picnic in the red bag the food was left in tired to call several times to no avail! Service this time was subpar!

It took over an hour for me to get my pizza, and I had to complain for them to give me my food. then when they gave me my pizza they had my 3 personal pizzas in one box and two was pepperoni and one was cheese, and now i can’t even eat my cheese pizza because I can’t stand pork. my kids ate my pizza. SMH 🤦♂️

had one of the worst experiences at this Pizza Hut location. My pizza arrived completely burnt – not just a little overcooked, but actually blackened and inedible. When I politely brought it to the staff’s attention, the manager was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or offering a replacement, they acted like it was my fault for complaining.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for years, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Burnt food and poor customer service do not make for a good dining experience. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d recommend others think twice before doing so.

This pizza hut has very poor service they never get your order right .the pizza i recieved tonight was old the chicken wasn't done ,I end up trashing it, I wouldn't recommend this pizza hut to anyone. Unless you want to get 😫 🤒 😷

Highly disappointed. Wish they had 0 as a rating for this location.I went to pay for my food which was $23 in total I tried to pay with a $50 bill and was told I cant pay with a $50 if my bill wasn’t $50 how do you turn a customers method of payment down. The staff was even rude about it

We just moved to Fort Washington, and I'm so happy to have a Pizza Hut near our home! Today, we placed an order, and the two ladies at the front were amazing. They made us feel so welcome. Even though I didn’t know which sauce to pick for my wings, they were patient and very helpful.
