I would give this Pizza Hut 0 stars if I could! AWFUL PITIFUL POOR customer service! DISGUSTING DRY SUBPAR PIZZA! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION... My husband and I called to order our pizza. The woman who answered the phone was rude and kept yawning. She did not know the products they sell. We said we'd call back and she yawned loudly before adding okay and hanging up. To avoid the incompetent phone service we ordered online and promptly found the type pizza we were seeking- which were told on the phone they did not carry. There were at least 6-7 mean sad and miserable young people behind the counter who ignored me for at least 3-5 minutes before 1 young man came to the counter. He was detached and indifferent as he unveiled the medium sized pizza. We had ordered a large. The slices looked dry and were strewn around the box. The toppings were wrong. BUT having NEVER had a negative food experience at Pizza Hut I left hoping it tasted better than it looked. The crust was like a cracker, there was little to no sauce, very little cheese and the toppings were sparse. I choked on the pizza, it was that dry! I couldn't even force myself to eat it. I gave my cat who loooves pizza a slice- she sniffed the slice then she gagged before walking away. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED ALL KINDS OF TRAINING FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CULINARY SKILLS. I wish I could get back my husband's money that he spent on that TRASH and the life minutes I wasted on even driving there.

This location is terrible. No one is knowledgeable about the products, the supervision is off and remiss of their duty. I went to the location because the person on the phone was... then I encountered some young man claimi to be the manager who wouldn't speak loud enough to hear me, and when he did speak, his breath reeked of Marijuana. When the "General manager" came to the front, she was less than concerned to engage. This is a dump. If you can get your pizza, you will enjoy it, but if not endure the wrath of the u professionalism, and juvenile behavior of its staff.

Last night was my first time visiting this location and customer service was AWFUL!!! First - they were sold out of pan pizzas which is the main reason I even went there (how is that even possible ?) but despite my dissapointment I ordered a different crust. When I went in to pick it up (I ordered online), although there were at least 6 workers in the store NO ONE said anything to me for at least 5 min - eventhough they clearly saw me!! Finally a different woman came out from the back and noticing me standing there asked if I had been helped. She then came forward and helped me then chastised the workers saying "all of you were here and no one helped?" If I could give zero stars I would have. I was so excited for this store as Pizza Hut is my favorite so needless to say I was very disapointed and probably will not return.

Yesterday I ordered pizza. I came to the pizzeria and waited a long time for people to pay attention to me. No one even asked what I would like. And even after I said that I would like to order pizza, the young man continued to ignore me. Although other people passed by and he quickly served them. While I was standing, three people who came after me were served. It looked like discrimination.But in the end I ordered pizza and it was made for me quickly.But nevertheless, the residue of disrespect remained. I don't think they are trying to retain customers.

They literally have gotten every single order wrong somehow, either the drivers goes to the wrong house or just doesn’t show up, or you pay for something and get the wrong amount or whole item. They are literally a waste of lot space and whoever is managing this location needs to be reported for accepting such terrible service day after day. I would rather order dominos that already has a history of terrible service in this area because Fort Washington just hires a bunch of unless young adults who just go to work to get a paycheck they don’t deserve. At the end of the day…. ordering anything from delivery at this store is just a literal gamble. Glad Im leaving this terrible shopping center and the reputation it upholds with their customer service.

While sitting in my car, waiting on my pizza. I seen pizzas being put and taken out of the oven, but yet to see anyone putting on or taking gloves off. Even though there were a few blind spots, it was clear to me no one was using gloves. From using their phones, opening and closing door handles, to using the cashier. Very unsanitary, not good at all

Our personal pan pizzas were reheated and sold as fresh. Cheese had turned into melted cement. Luke warm and dried crusts. Simply terrible pizza today. Are you serious Pizza Hut? Wasting my GD money. Do better. Ya just got here too.
