Last night was my first time visiting this location and customer service was AWFUL!!! First - they were sold out of pan pizzas which is the main reason I even went there (how is that even possible ?) but despite my dissapointment I ordered a different crust. When I went in to pick it up (I ordered online), although there were at least 6 workers in the store NO ONE said anything to me for at least 5 min - eventhough they clearly saw me!! Finally a different woman came out from the back and noticing me standing there asked if I had been helped. She then came forward and helped me then chastised the workers saying "all of you were here and no one helped?" If I could give zero stars I would have. I was so excited for this store as Pizza Hut is my favorite so needless to say I was very disapointed and probably will not return.

Yesterday I ordered pizza. I came to the pizzeria and waited a long time for people to pay attention to me. No one even asked what I would like. And even after I said that I would like to order pizza, the young man continued to ignore me. Although other people passed by and he quickly served them. While I was standing, three people who came after me were served. It looked like discrimination.But in the end I ordered pizza and it was made for me quickly.But nevertheless, the residue of disrespect remained. I don't think they are trying to retain customers.

Past 3 orders have been missing something. Frustrating experience with Pizza Hut online support, but the management honestly isn't any help either. I simply won't be back.

They literally have gotten every single order wrong somehow, either the drivers goes to the wrong house or just doesn’t show up, or you pay for something and get the wrong amount or whole item. They are literally a waste of lot space and whoever is managing this location needs to be reported for accepting such terrible service day after day. I would rather order dominos that already has a history of terrible service in this area because Fort Washington just hires a bunch of unless young adults who just go to work to get a paycheck they don’t deserve. At the end of the day…. ordering anything from delivery at this store is just a literal gamble. Glad Im leaving this terrible shopping center and the reputation it upholds with their customer service.

This was my first time getting deliver NEVER again. I open the door and the driver says to me you got gas money it's a delivery I'm sure I'm not your only order I asked him to hand me my order and he said is that it for that tip ($5.00) after the stupid comment he made I wanted to give him nothing. The driver left and comes back minutes later saying I gave you the wrong pizza and call the store my order was right so I called anyway and the lady on phone was just as confused as I was. THEY NEED BETTER DRIVERS. I will continue to just do carry out.

Terrible service. Chatting amongst themselves. Called ahead and they couldn't find the order when I went to pick it up. Finally found it and told we'd have to wait Fifteen minutes . Guess I should be happy if it comes home edible.

While sitting in my car, waiting on my pizza. I seen pizzas being put and taken out of the oven, but yet to see anyone putting on or taking gloves off. Even though there were a few blind spots, it was clear to me no one was using gloves. From using their phones, opening and closing door handles, to using the cashier. Very unsanitary, not good at all
I was looking foward to this pizza hut being that it wasn't one in that shopping center in YEARS. They really dropped the ball. I tried them twice since they opened. The first time they gave me someone else's pizza my pizza was never made. The second time wrong toppings and they didn't honor my pizza hut reward points.

Our personal pan pizzas were reheated and sold as fresh. Cheese had turned into melted cement. Luke warm and dried crusts. Simply terrible pizza today. Are you serious Pizza Hut? Wasting my GD money. Do better. Ya just got here too.

Please make sure you receive your receipt after placing you order.I ordered a big dinner box with WINGS not wing nuggets.When you place your order, it read pasta or wings.When ordering wings from any other place, you do not get boneless wings!! That does not make sense. Wings are not boneless. I’ve ordered the dinner box before and actual wings came with my ordered.Boneless wings are not a thing. If I wanted chicken nuggets I would have went to chick fil A.

Despite the poor reviews, I decided to give the new Pizza Hut in Ft. Washington a try. Big mistake! I ordered online and arrived at the store in 15 min (estimated pickup time). A customer in line at the register was told her pizza was “ready”, but it could not be found. The employee (teenage girl) told the customer they would have to recook her order. When I got to the register, I was given my pizza. As I was opening the box to check my order, I asked for cheese and pepper packets and was told it would cost an additional $1.00 for each. (I said ‘no thanks’). I noticed one of my 3 pizzas was wrong (barbecue chicken instead of pepperoni) so I informed the employee and showed her my receipt. They couldn’t find my pizza either and told me it would be 10 minutes to remake it. I choose to just leave, since my other 2 pizzas would have been cold if I would’ve waited for them to remake the other one. (SMH). I tried to give them a chance, but I won’t be returning. The pizzas tasted mediocre at best.
