I ordered the 2 piece catfish dinner with rice and gravy and string beans. It was very delicious. The fish was well seasoned, crispy, fresh, and made to order. The gravy turned that plain rice into a southern delight! Nothing too special about the green beans, but they had a nice flavor and complimented the fish. I was greeted warmly with a genuine smile. My only criticism is that they should serve the cornbread warm instead of cold. I paid $17 dollars and it was worth it. I'll be back as a customer.Update: I went back to try this place for a second time, and the gravy wasn't consistent with the rice. It had a slightly watery taste.

Had a feel for fish so stopped in to check this place out.The Restaurant looked tidy and the line was short which was good for me. The line got heavy after my wait so it seems very popular. The staff was friendly and attentive.I ordered three piece trout and mac & cheese for a side. The trout was freshly fried crispy and tasty. I would definitely get that again!The mac & cheese on the other hand had to be one of the least appealing mac & cheese I’ve ever had. Yellow does NOT equal cheese or taste. UGH...They could definitely do better.Overall I would try it again. Just to try the other dishes but NOT the Mac!!
