The lady who is here today September 11, 2024 12:35 was extremely racist, she put her fingers in my drink, she charged more than she should, she didn't want to scan in my application and she made hateful gestures towards me and my baby for being Latina
I’m giving 5 stars for the Assistant manager’s consistent customer service. Rachel is epic to say the least. She is consistently polite, informed, engaging, and her drinks quality is always spot on. Starbucks corporate, if you read this, come grab Rachel from this franchise store in Safeway, and make her a corporate store GM! She will NOT disappoint. When she is there the counters and overs are always very clean as well. There is a young man that usually works in the evenings who is never attentive and is not engaged enough to make the customers drinks the way they order them. He needs accountability training and he needs to be held accountable for learning the recipes. So again these stars are for Rachel and her tireless customer service. Kudos! Promote her!

Let me just say this this Starbucks is terrible. Every time I got in there the staff all have attitudes and are not helpful. But Carine always has the nastiest attitude if you ask her about anything Starbucks related she never knows and just overall a very rude person. I’m done going to this Starbucks. Also the drinks are never made right. I spend to much on drinks for them to be made wrong and to be dealing with a worker with a nasty attitude. Then she’s always in there when I walk in and see Carine it makes me not want to order.

Slowest. Starbucks. Ever. 3 guests in line, 30 minutes. Always slow every time I come or they get my order completely wrong. I avoid whenever possible.
I was uncertain of what to choose being a picky drinker and belive in requesting a substitution to ingredients that don't suit my lifestyle. The batista working that day took the time and extra effort to not only suggest some alternatives to a drink of my interest but ensured that if I did not like it, my next choice would be right behind it.
